Food quality is truly a hit-or-miss, but service is almost always sub-par. Just a very unfriendly “get you out of here as fast as possible” vibe; and when they are busy, some of the workers sound very unhappy and sometimes seem to have an attitude.

I have tried to give them every chance I could for nearly two years. SMH what an absolute disaster. They will pull you up to try and keep your numbers low even if you are the only person in line. I was once pulled up for waiting on my steak bagel because they were cooking the steak, 10 minutes later I was handed a bagel without any steak ♀️ half the time I am there they don’t speak to you at the drive thru and act as though you have made their lives hell by ordering. Going inside is not any better because 90% of the time they don’t have anyone there to take orders or help with mistakes. Asked to speak with the manager on duty once and she literally hide behind the wall and whispered as though I couldn’t hear her. Save yourself a headache and go to one of the many local restaurants.

The food is pretty good usually. The 3 star review is for the caramel macchiato never having Carmel sauce in it. Maybe you have to say you want it in there and I just don’t know? But either way, they are always attentive and do their jobs as best as they can. They only take bit inside to order because the drive through is always super busy which is understandable.

I usually don’t leave reviews but the service was genuinely horrendous. I didn’t catch her name but I went through the drive through and this lady had red hair, stared at me with judgment (the other eye was staring at something else.) when she finally broke her one good eye gaze on me she went to grab what I assume is my food. I had the big Mac combo meal. I check my food and my big Mac DOESNT EVEN HAVE THE MEAT PATTIES. HOW THE HELL DOES ONE EVEN DO THAT. I was too afraid to correct my order though as she made me deeply uncomfortable. I think honestly this wasn’t a mistake, she was out to get me, in fact I think she lowkey hexed me. That gaze was something else man. Fries were cold.

Went here with a friend, the red haired kinda short girl was extremely rude. Gave off high school bully that peaked in high school vibes, and being rude to others is the only way she can feel superior, I mean she is chopped (politely.) I could hear her yelling at what I assume are her coworkers in the back. Did I witness abuse? Food was aight. Fries lowkey cold. Think she ate some??

This might be the highest rating I have given to a McDonald’s.
They were super friendly and fast. The place was very new-looking and very clean.
The food came out hotter than I have ever had from any McDonald’s.
We had a filet-o-fish, Mcchicken, fries, and a couple of holiday pies. The fries were piping hot! Very good.
The Mcchicken was very hot but the entire sandwich was covered in mayo, on top of the bun, all in the wrapper… What a mess!
The fish was fresh but was just thrown into the box and folded… another mess.
I asked about the holiday pie, shown on the screen had icing, colorful sprinkles, and a cream filling. She said we have tons and need to sell them, order as many as you want. We ordered only 2. Ours had no icing or sprinkles and pumpkin pie filling. What? It was good, but not what we saw on the screen or ordered. Strange.
Overall the food tasted great, it was just poorly prepared.
