I love people here. The food is good and healthy. Veggie bowl is my all time favorite (fyi I’m not vegetarian.)
Service is friendly and prompt. Isiah took our order today! He is always nice, light and pleasant to interact with. All Guys work here are cordial simply they are good people. We are lucky to live close to this location!

I visited at 9:40 p.m. Saturday evening (they closed at 11 p.m.). I ordered a salad. When I began telling him what I wanted in my order, I looked and they had no beans (black or pinto) the containers had remnants of old beans stuck in the sides, no vegetables and the meat was dark and old looking. I asked if they any more beans the guy said no more for the night. There was a girl standing next to him who told him “we’re not closing yet”. He shrugged his shoulders. I told him I didn’t want the food. He just threw it in the trash. I’ve never been so horrified disappointed in Chipotle. I’m not sure I will ever go back.

Food was good but the service was bad. Waiting in line for 10 minutes while the 2 girls making the food had no sense of urgency. There were at least 15 people in line. Didn’t smile, didn’t greet people. Place was dirty. Even at the register, food all over. Will not be coming back to this location.

I ordered through the Chipotle app today, and a Dasher stole my order. I called DoorDash, and I was told to contact Chipotle Customer Service. When I called, it was after hours, so l decided to go to Chipotle to see if they could help me better with the situation. When I walked in, I was met with negative energy, and I felt bad because this is a Chipotle in my neighborhood. I order from here all the time, so l didn’t expect to be treated with such negativity and poor customer service, especially since I was the one who got my order stolen. I was treated as if I did something wrong, even though I just wanted to come to my neighborhood Chipotle for help with the issue. I spoke to two managers; one girl was very helpful, and I appreciate her, but everyone else responded with backlash and bad attitudes. This made me feel very uncomfortable because I am just a customer trying to get assistance with a stolen order. Instead of receiving good customer service and help, I encountered a lot of bad attitude and misunderstanding from the staff.

Came in today 10/8 at 7:30pm the counter were the food Sits was super dirty they didnt have various options of food! I think was got me more upset was that they let me get food without telling me of all the options they didn’t have so there was no way of turning back! All the trash backs were overflowing. Like all the workers were just standing there waiting for the chicken, asada and another meat to come out! Waited 30 min just to get my food!! All for my Chips to be stale and food cold.

Had a bowl today, and the chicken wasn’t even chopped up. There were long whole pieces with alot of skin on them. Also the vinaigrette was watered down and had to drain half of it to get to the vinaigrette. When I asked the girl for a little more corn salsa she side eyed me like if I asked for something impossible. Half of the chips were stale and hard, just overall service today was not good.
