The girl with the red braids has a serious attitude problem. If you can’t tell some “you too” at the very least when they say “thank you, have a good night” then don’t work in the service industry. On top of that every time I order a quesadilla it’s like they made it behind their back and cut it by throwing the slicer at a dart board. Ordered the nacho fries and my cup of cheese is literally 1/3 of the way full. Been in the service industry practically my whole adult life and it’s not hard to do your job right. Genuinely do better or get a different job.

If I could give them a zero I would they don’t deserves nothing. Always pull up to the drive thru and have to wait 15 minutes for someone to answer it then make me sit there about another 5-10 minutes. Got the Grande nachos and this is what I got looks nothing like the picture and paid $7 for it. Also customer service is horrible.

3:15 pm on a Sunday. I was the only person in drive thru. The guy was answering a question on the intercom but the girl kept rudely interrupting to just get me to order more quickly. She gave me my total before getting my drink order. At the window she gave me a WARM iced tea and my sack. I had to circle around and go inside for sauce, more ice and NAPKINS. She included nothing. It’s a drive thru. She needs to find another job that might bring her joy because she’s only spreading misery to others who could use a little kindness.

The climate control in the restaurant was pretty uncomfortable. The service took a little longer than I thought was normal, considering I just ordered one burrito by itself. The food was very good, though.

I would really try and Avoid this location . It has been hit and miss for years . Now the place looks very very dirty. Also their general attention to detail seems to be lacking, Ordered a taco and they forgot the meat. How is that even possible? The only success I have ever had is ordering through the App at least they out everything in the bag. Typical you should expect at least one thing missing or incomplete.

Not only was my order wrong, but the manager ripped my receipt and put his number on it asking to hangout. Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable, never ever coming back to this location again.
