This is the second time we have been to this location in over a year, and I will think long and hard before going back…

Last night my family took my husband out for his birthday dinner at Outback Steakhouse.

Our server and his trainee were great at first, but about halfway through the meal, we couldn’t seem to get a hold of them at all. They were nowhere to be found. This resulted in our drinks not being refilled at all and my steak that was red through the center (ordered well done) not being able to be recooked. I literally had to ask 4 times for a refill on Diet Coke, and it was put in a to go cup (pictured below) as a not so subtle way of the waiter hinting that we had overstayed our welcome. By the time it was checked on about my steak that wasn’t touched, everyone else was done, so I didn’t get to eat steak and they ended up just removing it from the bill.

In my opinion, the worst part was that I tried to use my $40 in gift cards that I was given a year ago at this location due to my children and I not getting our food for 90 minutes, and I was initially told no. Apparently, they had expired. I was not told they had an expiration date when I first got them, so this was pretty shocking to me.

After a lot of back and forth with the waiter, I was eventually able to get these honored and have the $40 taken off our final bill. It was not a fun process though, and it did not make me feel like a valued patron at this establishment for a second time in a year.

So, even though I usually love Outback, I am definitely not a fan of this location.

My family and I went out as a treat after having a very busy two weeks moving. My daughter’s food and my food came out fine. My husband ordered a ribeye, asked for medium rare, but was given a gray steak, no sear marks, and still dark red, clearly raw in the middle. The waiter took it back, brought out a new steak about 3-4 minutes later, watched while my husband cut into it to see that it was basically the same as the first steak. Our waiter insisted on taking it back, and the manager finally brought him a 3rd steak about 10 minutes later, this one had some actual color on it and cooked to almost rare, which was fine at that point because we were both embarrassed at the ordeal it caused. The waiter was attentive and kept our drinks filled, but I don’t think we’ll return to this Outback Steakhouse because clearly their kitchen was having issues cooking their steaks.

Worst food I have ever eaten. My steak actually tasted like vomit. Multiple people had complaints with our food at the table. The manager I assuming came over and heard one complaint and stopped listening because she only didnt seem to care about my issue.
Our waitress was phenomenal( reindeer ears ♡)
We did receive a discount. But I dont feel like that justify the lack of care for the multiple issues we had.
She tried to justify many of the complaints. But my filet mignon tasted like and looked like it was cooked in a microwave, but cold. Going out is a luxury for a birthday and definitely not the experience someone would want.

We came here for an early Christmas dinner and it was absolutely awful. The service was extremely slow. Tables around us were dirty. My steak came out extremely rare to the point I couldn’t chew it. I had to send it back. When it came back it was blackened but still raw in the middle not how I ordered it. This place is not ran very well. We will not be coming back. Spend your money at the Cheesecake Factory.

Literally the worst steak I have ever had the misfortune to pay for. 12oz sirloin. Half of it was gristle. Could barely cut it away with knife to get to the small portion of the steak that was edible.

On the positive side, the salad, bread and veggies were ok. Their burgers are good, but I will never go there for a steak again.

I will start by saying that I have fond memories of the Outback Steakhouse. For me, it was a fancier outting than an Applebees or Olive Garden. Tonight, I wish I would have just gone to a McDonald’s.
You know it’s off to a bad start when it takes 10 minutes just to get water, in a room that isn’t even full. When the steaks came out I was so disappointed. The Outback steaks that I’m used to were thick and well cut, not 80% fat and thin. I requested medium and got a well done steak, my husband asked for medium rare and got a medium well. We were never provided a refill on our water either.
The coconut shrimp were good, but that’s about it.
I’m just so disappointed, the Outback used to be a place to go and celebrate. However this particular location is depressing, gives the impression that the Outback has given up completely. I’d highly advise going somewhere else.

Great steakhouse restaurant, the steak was juicy and went well with the Chimichuri. The customer service here was very friendly and accommodating for our group, helpful staff. The French Onion Soup was also very nice and tasty. I would recommend!

Our family has been going to Outback for years, but this location has been inadequate the 3/3 times we have tried here.

Can’t recall what happened the first time, but the second time they couldn’t get the Blooming Onions right (half the reason for going to Outback!). They came out undercooked and they replaced it with another badly cooked one. This was a couple years ago.

We tried it again today hoping they worked out their issues, but this time they served old soggy salads for everyone. Soggy to the point it felt like eating a wet paper towel – no crunch at all. We each had one bite and pushed it to the side.

The last problem with this location is the atmosphere. Bright white lights and not cozy at all. Remember Outbacks that have the low table lights and soft lights? This place is the opposite of that.

Go to the Arlington Smokey Point location if you are North of Seattle. Much better over there.

My wife and I order a huge steak, fresh steamed veggies, Mac and cheese, and broccoli. When I went to pick it up the lady was rather rude when handing tge food off to me.
The steamed veggies was nothing but old nasty corn that wasn’t edible. Medium well on the steak, but it was still pink and cold in the center. I drove back to have it fixed and they closed their doors at 8:30. I swear it says 9pm on the door.
I will never eat here again and I will make sure my family and loved ones don’t go through this disgusting experience.

Great family dining. We live in Snohomish and don’t know why we hadn’t tried this Outback. My son loved his kids burger and said the Mac n cheese was outrageous and the best he ever had. My Alice springs chicken was spot on. Thank you for the great food and superb service Snohomish Outback. We will be back.
