I love Arbys but my experience at this one gets lower marks than usual. The service was slow, they said they would bring my Mac n Cheese balls to my table but forgot, the roast beef sandwich was grizzly and seemed to be a napkin shortage although if you beg you get a few extras. Only redeeming quality is fish is back and that is almost always good. This is a nice new location so I was expecting better but maybe next time. Still love you Arbys but you have to do better. Horsey sauce also one of Arby’s redeeming qualities.

The food is great, I’m hooked on the barbecue bacon burger. I’m not sure if they are understaffed or what, but this is the longest I’ve ever had to wait for fast food and it has now happened three times in 2 months. It has been painstakingly slow all three times, if there’s more than one person in front of me I don’t even bother now. the next time they tell me “pull up to the line and we’ll bring your food out when it’s done” it isn’t going to happen. If you’re not done with me you shouldn’t be waiting on the person behind me yet.

Went in to try the new steak nuggets and from the second we stepped in the staff was friendly and inviting Ken and rose helped check us out they were very positive and polite, the food came out real quick the fries were hot and fresh and the steak nuggets were perfect awesome experience

Visited in the past and had great friendly service from the team. Same again on this visit. Amazingly friendly, I love that. We waited for the food but no issues with that if the quality is right and it was. My only issue with this branch compared to last time is the cleanliness has dropped off quite a lot. The tables and seating areas not clean, around the sauce dispensers, the floor was sticky to walk on, around the fill order point, even the door to access the restaurant had days of greasy fingerprints on it that obviously not been cleaned at any point recently. Does not need a lot of time just a plan to keep on top of when they have quiet periods. Luckily the friendliness and quality kept me happy.
