Super disappointed in this location and service. When receiving my salad I paid $15 for, it was barely half full. I asked the manager, a young woman, if this was how much usually comes in it and she stares at me and says “yeah” with attitude. For $15, I’m not expecting gourmet but I’d expect to get enough to fill my container. Service was crappy, especially by “management”. Literally, with my extra dressings, the container isn’t even full.

I ordered an Asiago bagel, but I’m not sure what I got. It looks like a roll with cheese on top. I ordered an egg and cheese croissant for 5.99, and this was the sad sandwich I was given. Definitely not worth 5.99, Their prices are getting ridiculous, and the value is not there. The croissant tasted store bought, not even fresh, for claiming to be a “bakery.”

2/2025- editing because the elderly gentlemen in the kitchen has an attitude problem and does not follow the instruction of order! I ordered a lightly toasted bagel. He toasted it to burnt. I returned the bagel and asked for my original request- LIGHTLY TOASTED. He snatched the plate off the counter grabbed another bagel and threw it in the oven. When toasted he plated the bagel and threw the plate on the counter!! Why? – Customer service training and order making training is needed badly!!!

The bowl appears a bit half EMPTY! I have ordered this salad twice just to see if the quantity improves. It hasnt! The half salad is in a smaller bowl than the whole, yet they reduce your $9.39 portion further by only filling the half salad bowl. Half-way! You are getting half of the half of salad you paid for!!! This is disappointing and is not worth the money! Applebee’s has a better, WHOLE Salad for $.30 more!! Not only that…. the vibe is compromised whem the clerk is freaking out behind the counter and cant take orders. ;-/

Delicious,fresh to order foods,drinks, pastries and deserts! Great friendly servers and lots of tables,booths and chairs-free WIFI too-doesn’t get any better!

Was disappointed in food, staff was friendly and place was fine except padding is worn town in some places I sat down expecting cushion and hit wood. Nephews food came out hot kine was lukewarm at best, they do have a microwave you can use but I mean… soup should be hot… got their broc Mac n cheese was not good it was too soupy and flavor was not nice.

Yikes this place is gross everything is dirty..how is this even acceptable!? The staff used the same gloves she used to touch the register to grab the pastries we ordered. I told the manager about it and she did the same exact thing. Also, I was shocked that they just put the bread in the bag just like that without wrapping it. Wth ♀️

Super disappointed, I ordered a chicken noodle soup & a kids grilled cheese to go. The wait was 15min but I was okay with that at first, because here I was thinking I was gonna get a delicious grilled cheese & yummy soup. That was not the case.
My grilled cheese was so hard I had to tear the outside apart and only eat the middle in which that was 2 bites each half, then my chicken noodle soup was so plain and I found only 2 pieces of tiny chicken. I paid almost $15 and threw out the plain soup and most of my hard sandwich. I’ve never had this experience at other Paneras but I will stay the heck away from this location from now on!

How hard is it to get an order right? Every time I’ve ordered from here my order has never been completely correct every single time I order I ask for chips and they still give me bread. Is it too hard to get one simple thing, right?

Negative experience staff with bad attitude unhappy staff rushed to hurry up and get out without the proper bags or carrying materials treated like cattle front doors and windows at entry points full of food marks dirt debris, tables not cleaned unsanitary and grease and dirt all over entry doors will not return spent $70.02 on two people. Yuk

Food was delicious and nice staff but at the end when I went to the pastry shelf to give me a nice cookie, I saw a bunch of flies on them just buzzing away and I still got my cookie. I don’t know if I’m gonna eat it or not.
