We are from seffner but were out in Springhill for my grandsons flaggootball. We stopped here for breakfast. It was phenomenal!! They did forget to give us our exspresso shots but thats ok the food was well worth it!!! Wish we were closer because they’d see us every day ❤️

We ordered breakfast from here for a company meeting (100+ sandwiches!) and everything was outstanding! Max was amazing to work with over the phone — I gave him our budget and he walked me through several great options that fit perfectly. Everything was hot, ready on time, and our construction crew was beyond happy. We will absolutely be ordering from here again!

The food is delicious… when it’s accurate. More often than not my order is incorrect. I called to let them know. At first they offered a credit on the items missing then said they would comp the sandwich. When I called to place my order for the free sandwich I was greeted with “please hold and if you can’t place your order online!” I patiently held. I explained that I had a credit for a sandwich and was told “just so you know this is the last time we are comping an order. Next time we will offer a percentage off.” I didn’t ask for a free item when I called. This is what was offered. I feel like the employee needs a refresher on customer service skills. She was blunt and rude. I used to order every week. I need to find another breakfast option.

Disappointed overall. The service was fine, but the bagels were far from fresh and definitely not up to par. For a place that should pride itself on bagels, this was a letdown. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.

Normally I love this place but I ordered a pastrami and egg sandwich on a jalapeño cheddar bagel, and because I ordered online and they didn’t have anymore of those bagels they substituted my bagel with a plain bagel. They didn’t call me to ask me what I would like instead and they weren’t busy when I arrived and didn’t even tell me about it when I arrived. I figured it out on my own when I got home. I called and the young lady on the phone told me it was their policy to substitute online orders with the next closest thing and that they don’t have time to contact every customer in that situation and again they weren’t busy at all. Sorry that just isn’t a good business practice. It makes me not want to come here anymore.

A nice place to get a bagel sandwich. The potatoes are good too. I had a toasted everything bagel with eggs and bacon. It was so good the first time that I came back the next day. The bagels are good sized as well.

Great bagels but they need to make the tables set up for dine in only guests not for those waiting to pick up and go. These people are obstructing tables for those of us that want to dine in and it is wrong!!! Owner of the store needs to put a sign up that if you are not dining in, not to sit in the chairs to please wait outside with a pager or you will get a text when your order is ready. We have had to sit in our car to eat because of these people. Then when they get their order ,we see them leave! If I owned this business, THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN!!

Stop by and picked up a baker’s dozen of bagels before the Brooksville Kiwanis parade. Share it with a bunch of us hanging out at a friend’s house to watch the parade and I heard everybody talking about some delicious food when a course I inquired I found out it was the bagels I got from bagels and beyond. They love not only the bagels but the creamy fresh made cream cheeses with all their different flavors. Thank you to Keith and their managers Mark and Mark for always being incredible people and serving the community of Hernando County with delicious bagels, sandwiches, coffee and more! The lady who took our order was very nice and help us decide on the best bagels for us. We were anxiously waiting when they called our name 10 minutes after ordering. We had came at a busy time and some people were waiting over 20 minutes!! They had been taking orders of new people and handing out food to them before people than had been waiting 20 + minutes But as soon as we opened the bag it was worth it. The bagel were hard but warm and had an excellent amount of cream cheese. Wouldn’t come here again, too many people and wasn’t worth 17 dollars for 2 bagels with flavored cream cheese. It’s one of those places you don’t really regret going but you sure as hell ain’t going again!!
