** A McDonald’s Experience Unlike Any Other **
During a recent visit to a local McDonald’s, I was genuinely taken aback by the extraordinary ambiance that enveloped both customers and staff. It’s a rarity to find a place that marries efficiency with genuine enjoyment, but this McDonald’s managed to do just that, and impeccably so.
From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by an atmosphere brimming with enthusiasm and joy. The manager, an exemplar of leadership and care, was deeply involved in every aspect of the restaurant’s operations. It wasn’t just about overseeing; it was about being hands-on, ensuring that every customer and employee felt valued and happy.
The staff, under such inspiring guidance, were not just employees doing their duties. They were creators of joy, devising games for customers to partake in, turning a simple meal into an enjoyable experience. The restaurant itself was decorated with such creativity and attention to detail, making it a vibrant place to be.
Every person working there seemed to be enjoying themselves, a testament to the positive work environment fostered by the management. It’s not often you see such genuine smiles and laughter in a fast-food restaurant, making this experience all the more refreshing.
This McDonald’s stands out not just for its food but for the unforgettable experience it offers. The caring and innovation displayed by the management and staff turn a simple visit into a delightful adventure. For those seeking not just a meal, but a place where joy and care are on the menu, this McDonald’s is a beacon of excellence.
If you find yourself looking for more than just fast food, seeking an experience where pleasure and care are palpable, then this McDonald’s is your destination. It’s a place where you’re guaranteed not just a great meal, but a wonderful time.

I ordered a couple sandwiches and a fry on the McDonald’s app. Mind you this location is supposed to be 24 hours. It even says so on the app and the app allowed me to order which means that they are open. when I got there, there was already a car in the drive-through waiting to pick up their order. I pulled up to the speaker and nobody was saying anything so then I pulled up behind the car that was already waiting there and I watched them hand this guy a bag full of food. After they drove off I pulled up to the window and the dude told me that they are closed. After they just handed the guy in front of me food. I already ordered and paid for the food. Tell me why they were able to make that guy his food but not make me the food I already paid for! The guy working drive thru told me that they’re closed because they’re getting ready for breakfast. This is supposed to be a 24 hour establishment. I worked at McDonald’s for seven years at a different location that was also 24 hours and I worked in the grill and everything and I never got to tell a customer that we were closed. There was a point in time where I had to make the breakfast while still serving dinner until 4 o’clock when we started serving breakfast, but never did I have to shut down the store to get it ready. Now I have to wait 24 hours and trust that the app will automatically refund my money since I never picked up the order. If you are going to close your store every day to get ready for breakfast then you need to change your hours listed. You can’t claim that you’re a 24 hour store if you’re gonna close. Your hours need to say that you’re open from 4 AM until 3 AM or 3:30AM so that people know that you are not going to be open between that time. I drove out of my way to come here expecting to be able to get my food since this is supposed to be open 24 hours.

Spent $67 on 3 snack meals, a bug mac and 10 piece nugget with 2 large chocolate milk shakes for dinner with the family. Got home and noticed they forgot the 10 piece nuggets, which was for my two daughters so I had to go back. When I got home, noticed they also for got 2 of the snack wraps. Not the first time will not be going back.

Terrible customer service. The staff were rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care about helping customers. It felt like asking a simple question was an inconvenience to them. If you don’t like dealing with people, maybe customer service isn’t the job for you.

Asked for a larger meal, sold me items a la carte. Notified the employee, and she look confused and said sorry but handed me bag still as if it was to difficult to fix. I took it and left to find out I didn’t even get a larger fry which I paid $5 for… This is why I eat at home.

I have had a few bad experiences with this McDonald’s but because it’s my son’s favorite and the closest to me I tend to go back. Well wrong choice today! I order a quarter pounder no cheese just pickle and bacon amongst other things and because I have had issues I checked to make sure it was the way I ordered it. It wasn’t! I went back through the drive-thru, told the mgr it was wrong and how I wanted it done so she says go wait and we’ll remake it. Ok so she brings it out, I go home give it to my son and it had cheese on it. Now I’m livid so I drove back and went inside this time and she apologized, asked I wanted something for the inconvenience and I said big mac. This time she tells me I watched them make it, I promise no cheese and I threw in small fries. Get home the qp is right this time but the big mac and fries were horrible! The bun was hard to the point of cracking, the meat was dried out and the lettuce was brown! The fries were dried out as well and had no salt on them whatsoever!! Talk about adding insult to injury I’m going to have to drive the extra distance to another one because I almost feel like it’s intentional!

Absolutely terrible I try to come inside, but the door is locked and it wasn’t even supposed to be closed at the time then I go in my car and try and come through the drive-through and the lady doesn’t respond for two minutes then I say hello and she says hello how can I help you and I tell her the code And then she ignores me for another two minutes I say hello are you going to take my order and then she says yes what would you like to order and then she did it like three times and then after that part where I’m ordering, she got the order wrong so we had to fix it at the window and then after we fixed it, we ended up getting only half of our food and we tried to call them and they don’t answer and then we come to the drive-through and they tell us they can’t help us

If I could rate nothing or a 0, I would. But I rated this place a 1 star to get my reviews seen. I never want to go to this location ever again. I went on drive a through to get some food order this morning after breakfast had already been served. It wasn’t even that busy. I got a man on the mic who kept saying “one moment please” every time I tried to order my meal. I only wanted 2 happy meals and a cookie tote. Dude just went super quiet for 10 minutes. I decided to just drive off because I wasn’t getting anything. I’ll never stop by this location again.
