I try any biscuits I can looking for that flaky buttery taste this is not that place it was hard crunchy and dry the bacon tasted like it sat in old grease all morning , it was to dry so I asked for syrup they didn’t have any they did have honey which i added but it didn’t help much at all !!! The egg was fine but the point of coming to a fast food place known for their biscuits is to enjoy what the hype was all about and this was a total let down … McDonald’s biscuits are better .. but the best I’ve tried are for fast food Hardee’s and for restaurant ten fold

Ordered take out. It was good but not great. I order an 8 piece family meal. This included 8 pieces of fried chicken, two sides (mashed potatoes with gravy and coleslaw), 4 biscuits, and my favorite was the half gallon of sweet ice tea. The potatoes and coleslaw were just fine, the gravy I didn’t like was too salty. The fried chicken was well cooked and crunchy but it had way to much breading. There was even one piece that seemed that it was stuck together but it was just a huge piece of fried breading.

Bojangles always hits good, and the food here is no exception. The drive through service was subpar. The ladies working had a bit of an attitude when we told them we didn’t receive the correct sauces we ordered. They went back and forth with us a little insisting we got the right ones. Which we did not, because we only received 1 sauce when we order 3. Other than that it was good.

Be careful if you’re going to order from Bojangles online. This is the second time in a row that I paid extra for the breast and wing dinner meal, yet I received thigh and leg. If you see the picture, I included the receipt which clearly states white meat chicken, not dark. They’re not paying attention to the order and just giving you what’s cheaper instead of what you paid for.

1st time we’ve seen a drive thru only Bojangles. Being a drive thru only you would think it would be a little quicker. Seemed to be a tad slow moving and we only had 3 cars in front of us. The food was also a little cold and definitely didn’t seem to be up to par. The staff was very pleasant though.. maybe just an off day.
