Our go-to for fast food for healthy options. Lots of ingredients to choose from for make your own bowl. The non-alcoholic mojito drink is amaaaaazing, and free refills. Reasonable prices for quality noshing. Order via the app for ease of ordering and points towards free menu items. This location has scenic outdoor seating.

Horrible experience January 30. No service and the lasagna soup was cold. The bread was out of the cooler-not warm. Do not go here – the young kids were goofing around behind the counter rather than helping. Soup needs to be warm/hot. Not worth the money.

Went to Zupas with some friends, and my chicken sandwich was the only redeeming quality. Staff was rude and unattentive. I was asked 4 different times what soup I had ordered after I already asked for it. Said soup was the Wisconsin Cauliflower soup, which is supposed to have cauliflower, celery, and onion. Instead all I got was a sad creamy bowl tasting vaguely like cauliflower with no vegetables added.
One of my friends is gluten free, and did her research prior to coming and found that both the online and in person menu lists several items (protein bowls) as gluten free. However, upon trying to order, she was told she couldn’t have anything there because EVERYTHING was contaminated. Staff did not try and explain anything, just refused service outright.
If I ever go to Zupas again it certainly won’t be at the Eden Prairie location.

I ordered 3 salads and a sandwich. The mangoberry salads were good, however mushy mangos and dressing is not consistent in flavor. My nuts about berries salad was first made incorrectly and then properly made, however the dressing again has jo consistency in how it’s made and was EXTREMELY vinegar flavor forward, made impossible to finish. My sandwich was forgotten about and then rushed, did not even get warmed. I had a COLD sandwich that I could not enjoy. This location used to be my favorite as I’ve gone since their opening. It has dwindled in value and is not the same. All while the workers are speaking in full conversations between each other and there is no attention to the customers, and what they’re ordering which leads to mistakes.

Really disappointed in the to go salads lately very little salad in them! Price has gone up but amount has been cut in half. Ordered a large but got a mini! Paid a large price-update! I gave you a second chance only to be more disappointed! Dressing was squashed and still yet again you are giving me a small salad when I am Paying for a large!

We stopped at Cafe Zupas yesterday for lunch. The food was amazing! I had the power bowl with extra cauliflower. Will be having that again soon. The payment system was not working when we tried to pay. Shay (maybe Shae), the manager on duty, comped our lunch for the inconvenience. We will be coming back for lunch again soon.

Great soup and good service. While we were there, several employees were setting up and filling boxes for a big event (apparently) right in the middle of the dining area. Wasn’t bad, just seemed a bit unusual.

The Eden Prairie Cafe Zupas’ cup of mushroom bisque soup and their turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich on multigrain bread really hit the spot today for lunch! Zupas serves their 10 varieties of soup by the cup or by the bowl. Their soup is served with a delicious dinner roll and their meal is served with a milk chocolate covered strawberry. The biggest challenge in having lunch at Zupas is deciding which sandwich, salad, and/or soup to choose! They all look great!!! Zupas also provides sliced lemons and limes for beverages and pads of butter for dinner rolls. Zupas was clean and had plenty of available seating when we stopped by today. ❤️
