Apparently, the rocket science classes were all full over at kent state so the students decided to work here. Pray tell why is it alright to shove everything into ONE BAG?!?!?! Wanna know why costumers lose their minds and complain and piss and moan so much? It’s because apparently it takes a genius to understand not to put greasy fries on top of your burgers and then when we call and complain you give us a lead instead of an actual supervisor or manager and nothing gets fixed. No, fast food is not rocket science but if it was, you guys would fail and the bags of fries, really?!?!? It’s stupid and repetitive in cutting the prices, what that paper cup get too expensive so you guys decided to cheap out? The next time all the fries are shoved into one bag, im gonna flip because it’s ridiculous. DO BETTER

Burgers were just mid and pricy for the beef you get. The fries are wonderful! Love that it is the only fast food place where you can sill get a real milkshake! Service was OK.

When ordering a hamburger remember you have to tell them what condiments, toppings, cheese and bacon. Overall it’s medium road for fast food.

If I could give zero stars I would, I did a pick up order for this location and my food was completely wrong! My bill was over 30 dollars just for everything to be wrong except the fries! I called this location and got put on hold, I am currently still on hold for going on 30+ minutes with no one coming back to the phone to see what I need! Customer service for January 19th 2026 is terrible!

Wife got cheese burger and I got the bacon cheese burger. Was made hot, fresh and most importantly quickly. There fries are always over flowing thats a plus so we only order a regular frie. Place is great!!!!

Went to Five Guys and left annoyed. We ordered three burgers — two were wrong. One came with mushrooms even though we specifically asked for none. Another was supposed to have just three toppings but showed up loaded with way more than that.
For how expensive this place is, you’d expect better accuracy and attention to detail. The restaurant was clean-ish, but the long wait made the mistakes even more frustrating. When you’re paying premium prices, getting the order right shouldn’t be too much to ask.
Not likely to come back to this location anytime soon.

Weird, dark parking lot. Fountain pop was flat and there wasn’t any ice in the machine I used and hardly any in the other one. Burgers are delicious! Love the double cheeseburger and the bacon double cheeseburger. Also love the peanuts. They are messy but delicious. The restaurant itself had very few people in it but the to go/mobil orders were very busy. So there was a fairly long wait, but burgers are fresh you can see them right in front of you.
