I hate that I am forced into writing this review. This was my favorite Taco Bell in the state of Montana! I deliver food. We have always been able to enter the lobby and pick up our orders. Not anymore as of this week! We are now forced to go thru the drive thru line. There are 18 cars in front of me and I’ve been waiting in line for 19 mins as of now. My ratings will go down and so will my earnings! This is a $10 order for 2.5 miles… Supposed to be an 18 mins total time for delivery. Waste of time, gas and takes me down to about $2 per hour! Shame on Corporate!

Honestly their service and restaurant can be better however I want to give a shoutout to the kid who works the drive thru. I don’t know his name but, he’s polite, works pretty quickly, and has the best attitude so definitely give him his flowers for working as an employee should.

There was one car ahead of us in the drive thru. We waited 15 minutes and no order was taken while 4 cars backed up behind us. Drove over the curb to escape the drive thru and placed order inside instead. Waited another 20 minutes before asking for our money back…at that point they decided they would hurry up and make the order right away. Never heard them take a single drive thru order while we were waiting, no idea what happened to people in that line. This is not a fast food restaurant, this is purgatory.

Poor service. Also employees were using foul language. Very unorganized going through drive thru. Took forever. Grandson had interview and waited 45 minutes for a no show. Was told to come back next day . Employees then using foul language.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Pulled up to the drive thru and the person at window said “one second.” Heard nothing for 5-10 minutes until we said “hello?” And then the person responds “my bad” and proceeded to take our order. There was no fork put in the bag for the chicken bowl and the cheese in the quesadilla wasn’t even melted, as if they had just thrown it in and sent it out. Taco Bell, do better.

Normally I love this place but I ordered online, it wasn’t ready until 20 minutes after I arrived, and it was made wrong. I ordered everything without tomatoes because I’m allergic to them but they put them on anyways, so I couldn’t eat what I ordered and worse half of the ingredients on the tacos were in the bottom of the bag.

7-3-2024, around 6pm, we went into this Taco Bell with high hopes that our order was going to be correct since they never usually mess up our order, however this time was a total flop at 6 we get in and order via the kiosk tablet option since it’s easier than telling the person our order since we like to alter things, by 6:10 more people were coming in and the I assume manager said they only had trainees and they’re a bit backed up, understandable we find a seat. We can hear every little thing they’re saying in the back and they repeatedly mentioned they only had trainees not once did they stop orders or informed new customers that they were behind. By 6:30 we get our food and leave, I finally get home to enjoy my meal and find out they don’t know what supreme means on there menu I didn’t get sour cream or tomatoes on my Supreme soft taco, Supreme chalupa, nor did I get any on my nachos just cheese and beef. Next time please put a note on the door or inform us better than just we have trainees or complain that you’re now behind on breaks due to high volume of customers. Never can go wrong with politeness and a piece of paper explaining what’s going on than openly complaining in front of your customers while we are patiently waiting for our orders.

Slowest service ever on multiple occasions I have spen an hour waiting for food. At this taco bell slowest service and to boot it’s most likely you don’t get what you order. I urge everyone to stop coming here so they will be forced to close the store and the space can be used for anything else at all no matter what it becomes it will be an improvement
