This is a location I have visited multiple times and considered a good McDonald’s compared to others I’ve been to. Recently came here at 9pm for a quick meal, completely empty drive thru so I expected to be in and out like usual. Worker at the speaker sent us forward to the payment area and nobody came to the window for 15 minutes. Nobody was in line, what’s the hold up? After someone finally came to the window, they sent us to the first pickup window, and again, nobody attended us. They kept accepting orders so by now there was a line of at least 5 cars behind us. After this, they offered two orders incorrectly before asking again what the order was. Then they sent us to wait another ten minutes at the second pickup window. Two separate orders were given out to customers behind us that ordered after us. Finally got the food after nearly thirty minutes of just waiting and to top it off they got the order wrong. Very disappointing.

Arrived at 11:07 and they refused to give me my food I ordered 20 minutes prior and would not give me a refund. Jenny, the manager was extremely rude and said it was our fault and that I can figure out getting my money
back on my own because that’s not her problem. Never going to this location again, Arlington Heights location is way better and actually cares.

The change to the Big Mac is terrible. Sloppy mess that falls apart every time. It was my go to. Not any more. The fries are overcooked now. I still like bfast.
It’s a longer drive, but I’ve moved on to Culver’s, Wendy’s, and 5guys.

I’ve always chosen this location over the one on Arlington Heights Rd due to consistent issues at that other store. Unfortunately, this location seems to be going downhill as well.
I placed a delivery order using the McDelivery app, which was fulfilled through DoorDash. When the order arrived, all three meals were missing fries, and the 6-piece Nugget Happy Meal only came with 4 nuggets. I immediately contacted both McDonald’s and DoorDash. DoorDash was extremely helpful and processed a refund quickly.
However, McDonald’s was not helpful at all. When I called to report the missing items, I was simply told to come to the restaurant to pick up the missing food. I placed a delivery order because I currently have no transportation—asking me to come in defeats the purpose of delivery.
I also asked to speak with someone about how such significant mistakes could happen—missing fries in *all* three meals, and incorrect Happy Meal contents—but the person I spoke with, who claimed to be the manager, was unprofessional and dismissive. She insisted that the missing items weren’t their fault and blamed DoorDash, even though the bag was sealed and marked as complete by the restaurant.
I find it difficult to believe this is a DoorDash issue when the food is packed and sealed by McDonald’s staff before being handed off. I’m very disappointed not only by the order mistakes but by the way the situation was handled by your team.
To make matters worse, I re-ordered the missing fries just to complete the kids’ meals—and when they finally arrived, they were cold and soggy.
Extremely disappointing experience overall. Never again.

This location has been going downhill big time! We picked up food for the kids before a school event and the fries were barely halfway filled. On top of that, the consistency was way off like they took them out of the fryer too early. I understand things will not be fresh when you get something to go, but regardless you could tell something was not quite right. They should take pride in their product and take the time to make sure it is done right. We would have ordered Happy meals if we wanted the kids portions, very disappointing and a waste of money! To feed six people at McDonald’s is not cheap these days, plenty of places we could spend $75 and get good food, that is quality and a much better value for our money than here!

Day time crew is great but the second it hits around 10 pm the night stag is absolutely horrible. Ordered a delivery order and ever single item was wrong as well as missing 2 items and one drink being completely different from the bottle I ordered. Once again day time crew is amazing. Ordered a triple BigMac, a double cheeseburger and large fries. I was served a Big Mac with 0 Pattie’s. When I asked for the sandwich to be delivered to me once I notified the store, I was denied and offered a free Big Mac meal next time. No big deal if this was the 1st time, but unfortunately- this was the 3rd time something like this happened under Paco’s management. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!
