The California Burrito is not just food. It is a full, glorious meal disguised as something you can hold in one hand. Equal parts comfort and chaos. The kind of burrito that makes you briefly question your long term priorities. It was very clean. Whether you take your boss, a client, or your mother.
This is the sort of place people ages 21 to 60 should end up with their friends when the night calls for good conversation and better drinks. It feels less like somewhere you visit and more like somewhere you belong.
Honestly, spots like this are the reason people tolerate smaller apartments. So they can live close enough to make this their regular hangout.
If Friends were rebooted today, Phoebe would absolutely be trying to get hired here.

We stopped by Loco for lunch and had a very good experience. The food was good, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere felt lively….especially for a Wednesday afternoon. We ordered the fajita nachos and the enchiladas verdes, and both were very good. The ingredients tasted fresh and were better seasoned than what we’ve had at many other Mexican restaurants in the area.
We’d definitely recommend giving Loco a try!

We live down the road and absolutely love Loco! I come here with my girlfriend pretty much every week. The service is absolutely top notch, everyone is extremely friendly and food comes out so quick you can hardly finish a drink before it gets there.
We usually sit at the bar, Ceasar and Melissa are some of our favorite bartenders in town. The beers are ice cold and come out in mugs so frosty there’s ice on them.
We also love the choriqueso and the al pastor tacos! Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

We were there with a large group so our experience was a bit different than the casual diner’s. The staff did well to make sure everyone got the correct drinks and food. Drinks were very tasty and food was delicious.

Loco was recommended by our Airbnb host but we were pretty disappointed after a long day of travel to get to Indy. The food was just okay. The best thing we had was the cheese dip and our desserts (which we got to go so I forgot to take a picture). Maybe we just chose wrong from the menu. Our server was fantastic and the atmosphere was lively! Too bad we won’t be able to go back and try something else. Maybe next time!

I been driving by here for some years now and finally decided to give them a try. Service was decent, slightly annoying but not a big deal. The burrito was decent. They charged me an extra $3.50 for the onion and peppers which I thought was kinda pricey!! But decent atmosphere, easy parking on the front, not sure about the back. The food was average though for the price point. Nothing stood out. I would go back but I’m not in a rush at all.

Our new favorite Mexican restaurant in Indy!! Some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. You can create a combo of any 3 tacos – I had the ahi tuna, tilapia, and barbacoa. All three were fantastic! Can’t wait to go back to try every taco!

First time visit for me and a party of 15 plus this evening to celebrate my niece’s birthday. Nice decor in the Fall Creek restaurant location. Our server Ishmael was the best very pleasant, friendly and accommodating to our needs and was always moving fast. The food came out quickly and exceeded our expectations. I would definitely revisit this establishment.

I’d like to give this restaurant more stars however due to their unwillingness to right a wrong I cannot say in all honesty they their food is top notch. As of late I’ve had more negative experiences than good ones. On two occasions I was quoted one price for my order over the phone but when I showed up to get the order I was charged a different price. Most recently, on December 28th I ordered three tacos and the amount of ingredients was very little. When I called on Monday, December 29th due to the restaurant not answering their phone on Sunday evening, I was told that no one else had complained. Should I be concerned with other people’s orders, I think not! They have lost my business due to their lack of concern and their inability to address what has been a loyal customer.
