Really nice staff/service, definitely my new favorite burger place and also way cheaper than other burger places around here! And also wait time isn’t that much (4/10 mins depending on how many are in you’re party) (Would definitely recommend also amazing salad bar where you can put any toppings you want (veggies and sauces)
Update: I went back again today invited someone who hasn’t ate here before (they loved it) it so delicious definitely will keep coming back when I want a burger and again really amazing stuff!

I haven’t been to Cheeseburger Bobby’s in several years and today was a welcome return. I ordered the double burger with fries and a drink.
Out of all the casual hamburger restaurants, the burger at Cheeseburger Bobby’s is at the top of the list. It’s always consistent and delicious. The fries are classically good. One thing I’d forgotten about was the Peach Iced Tea it’s really good. It’s unfortunate that they closed several locations in the Atlanta area and this location is the only one in my area.

Was there to grab a bite and the manager white dude does not know how to have a good costumer service, first time dining and he gave us a number for the order and asked where do I put it and he said “ I don’t care” there was someone asking for a job while we waited for our food and the dude was so rude asking the other manager who’s hours he is taking to give the dude a job in front of everyone. So rude we probably won’t be back such a bad taste in our mouth from this “ manager white dude “ with no costumer service skills … like, seriously what he doing workin there ? Not a good representative for the company …..

Terrible service, the food was decent but not good enough to make up for bad service, the chili cheese fries were delivered but the amount was about a handful, we had to chili our own food. Definitely not $6 worth of fries, and the Ice cream what not delivered so $6 gone.

Great burger place! I love that you can put your own toppings after you order. Hamburger had good flavor and fries were good too!

We came to Bobby’s because my child received a free kids meal with purchase of an adult meal. (He got it at school) Anyways; such a great place to come eat. The establishment was clean. The staff was friendly. The food was great. We all got chicken tenders and fries and it was very good. I liked how they had different seasonings to put on your fries. They also had different options for condiments. They had an area where you can choose what toppings to put in your burger. As we were eating we got offered a free sample of their Frozen custard. It was delicious. My kids were so happy and they really enjoyed their meal. So did I definitely going to come back again!!

I ordered a DoorDash order from this location this evening, 5/24. I got the Classic Cheeseburger. DoorDash said it came with lettuce, cheese, tomato, and onion. All the Ingredients for a classic burger.
But when I received it, there was NO toppings and the cheese was half way dead like Jack on the Titanic.
Not satisfied with DoorDash’s offer, I decided to problem solve at the restaurant. And I’m so glad I did. The manager was appalled and made me another on the spot… and it was excellent! Great recovery, great service, and tasty food!

We decided to grab some last minute burgers on a Friday night around 7pm. Parking is never a problem at this location. Tons of seating inside and out. We both had the bacon cheeseburger meals. The station w the toppings had a bucket of clean tongs to use at one end, then a separate bucket to place the dirty tongs at the other end. The burgers were fresh and good. I took a star off because the fries could have been better.

Not all what I expected. Had a group of 10 from work function go here and thought it would be perfect for a quick bite. It was not quick and there were not tables to accommodate a larger group. No problem, we adapted.
The burgers were average at best. Fairly dry and not so tasty. The only saving grace was the toppings bar. You can pile on the toppings to get some flavor. Onion rings were pretty good too.
