Lunchtime 10-20-2025:
My curdburger was absolutely perfect. Best hamburger that I ever eaten! So fresh. The curd portion was firm and crispy. The vegetables were fresh crisp and not wilted. The bun was soft and not saturated with grease dripping everywhere. Absolutely amazing, and fast! I can tell that the people that made this burger really cared about what they were doing. This is the best Culver’s location. Thanks for making my day.

Had a take out chicken salad that had terrible hard rubbery chicken and old almost slimy pieces of lettuce. Raspberry vinaigrette had too much red dye. Threw out some lettuce pieces and at least half of the chicken (shown). Red dye from dressing turned the chicken dark pink (unappetizing and probably unhealthy)

Usually we are very happy with the fish fries from Culver’s. Tonight unfortunately was an exception to that rule. We ordered five fish fries and brought them home just to find out after spending a hundred and some dollars one of them did not even have french fries.☹️
Like I said mostly very happy but just disappointed tonight maybe they’ll get back on track for next time.
I will go back again though.

They have handicap parking & entrance. There is indoor & outdoor seating available. They have a restroom. They also bring your food to your table. I had just had a tooth pulled & they helped me find something I could eat. The people I was with had the chicken tenders basket & loved them. I had mashed potatoes & tomato Florentine soup which was delicious. This place is in a little shopping area. The service was amazing .

I reported my issue a couple days ago requesting a reach out from them. Haven’t gotten any response. I ordered Two cod sandwiches one as a basket. I ate the two cod and it left me in the bathroom throwing up for an hour and a half. This is unacceptable.

I have 2 kids that have severe allergies. Culvers is the only place we eat out due to the clean ingredients.
We go to several other culverse locations. And never been charged so much for a burger pattie. This location charges over four dollars for just a one burger pattie nothing else included no bun nothing. All other locations charges two dollars and some change.
When we ask them about it, they said
” this is how the owner prefers to have it ring up”.
Going forward, we will not be using this culvers. Due to the fact that they’re money hungry, and not concerned about taking care of a customer. We will be driving out of the way to go to another location stevens point.
I could order a triple burger, and it would be less money to add a pattie then to just order a pattie alone. makes zero sense.
Already emailed them about it and they gave me the same line about there Owner.
