• White Chocolate Cheesecake — it was the best white chocolate cheesecake I’ve ever tasted.
• Thai Curry Bowl — delicious and tangy.
• Sweet Chili Chicken Bites.
• Tuscan Bruschetta.
We were served by Janeen, such a kind and cheerful person. We truly loved her! We wish her always well, with a bright and wonderful spirit

Location can be seen as good and bad, if you are walking or commuting it’s convenient since it’s downtown, driving is another concern as there isnt too much parking on the street. I did find an underground parking just below the restaurant. The app wasn’t working for many ppl so it was free for the night.
Very quiet for a Monday night as expected. Handful of tables scattered all over the restaurant, very quiet.
I ordered tue smash burger with upgraded parm fries… Burger was fine, patties were much smaller than the bun. Surprisingly the bun was coldish? And untoasted.
BUT!!! The parm fries were crispy!! And so flavourful!! Well seasoned!

Came here for the Saturday 9pm happy hour. Great Parmesan fries, decent cheesy dip and lovely espresso martini. Amazing service. The high chairs weren’t the most comfortable but overall definitely worth visiting for some drinks and appetizers.

We had a large group on a very busy night. Staff did a great job of keeping orders (and bills) organized. The entire time from seating to bill payment approached 3 hours. Downside was the chicken breast seemed undersized.

Cat with a K at Milestones Restaurant truly made our Valentine’s Day dinner a memorable experience. She was a spectacular waitress, attentive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. She offered great recommendations and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful evening.
Her excellent service truly elevated our dining experience. The food was delicious, the ambiance was lovely, and Kat’s exceptional service made the evening even more special. We cannot recommend her highly enough – she is amazing at what she does and made us feel like valued guests.

Food was good, very well made, good portion size but if you are really hungry best is to order an appetizer as well. I found the restaurant a bit loud especially near the bar area. Staff was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful

We visited Milestones, Sussex, Ottawa on 8th December, 2025, to celebrate a double Birthday, mine and my daughters, there were four of us. From the moment we entered Milestones the service was very welcoming from the lady on the front desk to our wonderful server, Janeen. She was very professional and to our amazement she remembered all our orders, not one thing missing! The food was great, Bruchetta to start, two Thai Green Currys, with Shrimp, a Tuna bowl and a Steak, all were beautifully
cooked and everyone enjoyed their menu selection. To finish off we were offered a complimentary dessert, a White Chocolate Cheesecake, delicious. It was a bitterly cold night, but the Restaurant was hopping and a very enjoyable evening was had by all. Thumbs up Milestones.

Nigel is the only reason I am giving the experience 5 ⭐️ s. He was very polite, pleasant, funny, great upbeat personality, wonderful customer service, and made us feel very comfortable. I would go back only if he was our server but honestly that gentleman should be promoted because he was OUTSTANDING!
