Service we great we got treated right when we walked in the door and they made it very clear to ask them if we needed anything. The food came out within a couple of minutes and it tasted delicious. The people were so nice especially Bri, Lauren, and I beleive Delquan. I don’t know how to spell the names but I am very thankful for how the treated us. I will definitely be coming back

Fazoli’s on Sherman deserves ALL the praise!
The food was absolutely delicious — everything tasted fresh, full of flavor, and came out nice and hot. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in, and you can tell they truly care about their guests. There was hardly any wait time at all — our order came out so fast!
Great food, great customer service, and fast service… you can’t beat that.
If you’re in the area, definitely stop by this Fazoli’s — you won’t be disappointed!

Laura and Skyler were the Fazoli team members who took care of us. Both of them were helpful, attentive, and professional. We were glad we had chosen to have lunch there. Laura checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Wonderful staff..great experience.

This particular location has been here since I was a kid. Ever since their facelift on the building, it’s been an extremely nice place to go to. Love it here! The staff are always an excellent addition to the atmosphere as well – Ms Laurie took care of my family and I when we came last and of course we’ll be back ❤️

This location is horrible!! The workers are rude and managers don’t care. They have no pride in their work and are just there for a check. I used to love this location however we have stopped there 3 times in the last month and was turned away from dining inside once because they said that had nobody that knew how to run the front counter, then and hour and 1/2 before they even closed they said the registers were already shut down and the kiosk at the counter was also shut down already. The 3rd time we went to the drive through and the food was Luke warm at best, the chicken Alfredo had only 3 tiny chicken cubes on top and not enough sauce to even cover all the pasta, the spaghetti with meat sauce had NO meat just marinara sauce. The pizza was dried out like it was sitting quite a while and they forgot 1 order of breadsticks and a side of meatballs. Needless to say after a long day this really sucked!! When I tried to call they kept picking up the phone and not speaking and hanging up. This use to be my favorite location, but now I will drive to GR if I want their food. So disappointed in this location. They need to hire new people that take pride in and care about the business, customers and food that they serve.

despite appearing like a fine eatery, it’s actually a fast food joint. despite this, there are plates and silverware readily available to those who want it. there’s also a kiosk for easy ordering, though i would much prefer having table service; they still bring your food out to you, however

Stephanie was great. She was helpful and brought my food to my table. The place was clean with an upbeat vibe. The food was yummy and hot. The bread sticks are the BEST!!! Plus they are all you want while on the restaurant. And best of all I got a lot of food but did not spend a ton.
