One star doesn’t even begin to cover it. We ordered curbside and waited in our car for THIRTY minutes with no order. We finally went in to pick it up and it was just sitting on the counter cold and, of course, the order was messed up. We asked for it to be remade and the manager told us it would be 20 minutes before they could remake it. No apology, no offer of a refund, just cold food + being told to wait even longer for our meal. Insane. This is it for me, I’ve given this McDonald’s plenty of compassion and chances to be better but we’re done. Don’t go here.

The only worse McDonalds I’ve been to is the one down the road near Meijer. This one was fine a year ago, but the food and service has taken a major nosedive. The new way of doing things isn’t working. I don’t want to have to wait at the unattended front counter to beg for napkins, salt, and ketchup. Fries were cold. Never again!

Drive through. Didn’t receive the correct order but didn’t realize it until we were too far away to turn around. Ordered Big Mac meal. Received chicken nuggets meal. We aren’t too picky though. It was still good.

Today Saturday 9/20 25 i dined in at 10:55 am.
(please see me in line.)
Someone played a not so funny joke on me today and spiked
my coffee with…. XXX Caffeine, …which is
Not Good for a 78 year old man with a heart condition.
I have severe shakes for more than 6 hours and my blood pleasure went up to 173 /95.
The coffee smelled different today (watch me smell it
at the table please)
And i thought it was safe to drink ? I was wrong.
Please check the kitchen cameras? What is going on ?
For whatever reason, a employee named “Mome” has had
a BAD Attitude toward me Since the day she started here,
several months ago……. And I know not why???
Don’t know if Mome did something to my coffee, or told
someone else too.
She clocked out about11:25 am today,
Mome was ALL SMILES at me .

Every single time we go here our order is wrong. Today we had whole items missing from our order and wrong items. Like a cheeseburger happy meal had nuggets instead. One of the 5$ meals was missing the chicken nuggets and had the wrong sauce we asked for. And when they put the fries in the happy meals they just dumped them in upside down.

It’s pretty new and clean. Service is also good. The only issue is refills has to be done at the ordering desk instead of the fountain.

Waited 45 minutes for a very small order with the restaurant having made no attempt to inform us of the situation. Then when I got my food, my food items were wrong and when I called they said I had to go back, but when I asked whether I could go to the doors to pick up my food, I was told “no” I’d have to wait in the 45 minute wait again for some reason. And the person who picked up the phone was quite rude. At least the chicken nuggets were hot.

Night shift manager stopped taking orders for approximately 30 minutes from 00:00 to 00:30 on the September 24th 2025 during high volume traffic to boost their drive thru wait time number. Left 5-7 cars in the drive thru wondering if they were still open and one staff member was incredibly rude when approached to ask wether or not they are still open or when they will be resuming to take orders.
