I just came here to place an order to go today. I ordered a number 4 extra tender which comes with Grady but it was missing. And by the time I found out at my house it was too late to go back. I am very disappointed with this experience I love bill millers but it just feels like they don’t care as much for the to go orders which is sad to see 🙁

Ordered bacon/egg/cheese/bean and carne guisada with cheese tacos this morning. Beans were really runny, a small piece of bacon and hardly any cheese. Carne guisada taco had two pieces of meat. Rest was gravy. Had not been here in a while since my last visit was not pleasant, but decided to give it another try.

Only thing consistent about this location is the inconsistency. Luke warm, half filled breakfast tacos. Same drive thru tech as the day it was invented. I swear every bill millers would be better off just using a couple cans connected by a string.
Food is good when they fire on all cylinders but man has it been disappointing to watch this place decline. I’m tired of being disappointed. Hope others have better experiences but I’m not going back any time soon.

Your new lids for drinks are terrible. I go often for team and the lids are so cheap I spill on myself and on the car seats.
I used to but tea in evening to drink in morning am then get the tea on my pajamas! Don’t be so cheap/ when I told me drink it always leaks I have to sip carefully to not make a mess. Or when I place the drink in car drink holder the lids pops open and spills.

I absolutely love Bill Miller’s food. However, this location has issues with the staff. They’re lazy, slow and have no customer service skills whatsoever. The last 3 times I’ve gone, there was absolutely no line in the drive thru. I had to wait over 20 min for a pancake to be made, 20 min for fried chicken, and the other time 20 min for green beans to be made. When I asked after 10min of waiting where my food was, the teenaged kid looked at me like I was ridiculous for asking and said it was coming, Period. Mind you, this was at 10:30am and 1pm. This location needs a revamp of employees.

It has been a couple of time already when I am coming to get a bbq chicken and the service is horrible at the drive trough. Most of the time they say there is a wait time, which is okay. This time today I was told it is 5 minutes wait, and 20 min later I am still sitting in my car waiting for the chicken, since they said that they will bring it out to the car… it’s unbelievable. If you know it will take longer just tell me so… don’t make promises it will take 5 minutes and make me wait for no one know how long. And just overall the customer service at the drive trough is always very rude.

Dining at Bill Miller’s is about more than just the food, it’s about good customer service, solving problems, understanding guests, and earning loyalty.
Unfortunately, my recent visit fell short in all of these areas. My family and I have been loyal customers for over four years, visiting this location 3–5 times a week. For the past four weeks, my daughter and I have also made Sunday breakfast a special tradition.
I’m happy to pay for quality food, but the experience must match the value. Service is just as important as the meal itself. Many businesses fail because they neglect customer service, and without it, even the best food isn’t enough.
After this experience, I don’t plan on returning.

I ordered the turkey plate. Once I got to the window to pay. I was asked what I ordered. I repeated my order and was charged for someone else’s order and handed their food. When I mentioned it wasn’t what I ordered, the manager repeated my order. I told him yes, but this bag has strips. Then he proceeded to charge me my correct order. The price was a little over a dollar more than the price on the menu. Then he charged me the difference which ended up being around .73 more than what it should have been. I asked for my receipt, which a face was made because I asked for it. As I sit down at work to eat. I see I have 4 small slices of turkey and instead of the gravy on the side, they poured bbq sauce. No utensils either. I called to speak to a Manager and was told he was busy because it’s lunch time. Very disappointed and surely not going back again.

Long time customer this trip was by far the worst. Pie burnt poor boy nothing but crumbles of brisket this is not what i have come to expect from any bill Miller’s i have been coming to bill millers since the 80s sure lots of things have changed over 40 years i don’t expect them to stay the same. There should be a minimum of quality when it comes to the food though and today 02/01/2025 at around 4:40 you failed
