I stopped by this Wendy’s in Osage Beach hoping to try one of the new Frosty Swirls. I pulled into the drive-thru and waited at the speaker. After about five minutes with no response, I asked if I could place my order. The reply I got was a pretty abrupt “just wait,” which definitely threw me off. It was not a huge deal, but it did not feel great as a customer just trying to order some food.
I understand fast food can be hectic and that everyone has tough days. She was not overly rude, just a bit short with me, and the whole interaction left me feeling like I would rather go somewhere else. So I did. I drove over to Taco Bell instead.
I really was looking forward to trying one of the new Frosty Swirls, but I guess it will have to wait for another time. I am giving this one star because of the long wait and the lack of basic customer service, but I am not trying to tear the employee down. This is more of a heads-up for management. With a little more attention to service and tone, this location could easily offer a much better experience.

I’m sorry but Wendy’s is going to have to do better I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries. I also had got my kids some food. The fries was old and cold. You can Taste the grease and you can tell that it needs to be changed. This is not the first time they made a mistake on my food. I went there one night and ordered a number 1 and when I got home, it was a mushroom burger and I’m allergic to mushroom that’s how you can tell that they don’t put no effort or care and making sure there customer have the right order

Actually stopped here tonight @ drive thru. Got a new large Oreo shake and left with it. Got home and opened it and they didn’t even fill the cup! For $6, they should make sure the cup is filled to the top like McDonald’s does!

We had 2 Boobook coupons and ordered 2 Biggie Bags (both with Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers, BBQ sauce), a Spicy Chicken Combo with Baconator Fries and an Orange Hi-C, plus 2 Junior Chocolate Frosties. We were literally shorted one cheeseburger, and everything we did get was ice cold. The only good thing was the drinks and the Frosties.
I called the store right away to let them know, and the lady hung up on me twice. When I finally got through, she told me, “Do you wanna drive back up here?” and then hung up before I could even respond.
On top of that, when we were there, the staff was clearly on something. They were bouncing around, laughing, and joking like teenagers at a bus stop and clearly dont care about there customers or the food there serving.
This was hands down one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. Missing food, cold food, and absolutely horrible customer service. I hope corporate sees this because something needs to change at this location.

Love the chicken nuggets over any other fast food restaurant. However the whole point we went to go to Wendy’s this time was to get a Wednesday Happy Meal and of course we didn’t end up getting the toy. I don’t know if they ran out or not but I kind of feel like they should have said something since Wednesday Addams is what’s being promoted

Food was great but I had to pay with a half ziplock bag of change because that’s all I had at the time while being broke and needing something to eat and there was nobody behind me at the time and the cashier told me to park so they could count it and the manager who was a lady came out and gave me attitude and told me she shouldn’t have accepted it and it was rude and it’s just a fast food restaurant, my thing with previously being a cashier myself is I get it can be stressful especially if there’s a lot of people which it was just me in line but my other thing is usually cashiers are in need of change a lot of the time and I had said I’m sorry to the cashier ahead of time so like why did the manager herself give me attitude????

Went thru drive thru and ordered food and one of my chicken sandwiches was cut in half or someone got hungry. Either way this store has really taken a dive to be one of the worst places to go at the lake! They are so slow and the customer service has become non existent! If they expect to raise their prices they should raise their standards too!!!
