Wendy’s has completely fallen off. They’ve slashed the meat on junior burgers by like 50%, switched to the same cheap shredded lettuce as every other fast food joint, ditched their decent sauces, and even ruined the chili.
It’s clear they’re just racing to the bottom to compete with other chains, and it shows. To make matters worse, the whole aesthetic is now this depressing gray and black color scheme – no vibrance, just dull and lifeless.
They’ve sacrificed everything that made them different. Sad and despicable.

This Wendy’s is relatively quick, but the food was so fresh it was worth the wait. Everyone I saw in line had a similar wait of about 4-7 minutes. But the girls up front were very friendly, so it didn’t make the wait feel so bad. The interior is unique, and pretty hip for a Wendy’s. There were stone patterns and fake grass, wood floors, an outdoor eating area, and even a fireplace! The drive thru will probably be pretty slow though here, so I recommend just going inside.

Burgers are some of the best Wendy’s burgers around. Usually they are moist and juicy like they should be so often they aren’t that way anymore. My complaint though is with the fries. They never fill the container. A medium I bought was just half full.

I had stopped through the drive thru tonight about 10 minutes before they closed and not only was the server super helpful, but they even went so far as to recommend new flavors of the lemonade and triple check my order to make sure everything was correct. I will most certainly be stopping again especially on the nights I work late.

Employees didn’t even speak my mobile order was wrong had to go into the store to get a correctly made sandwich and condiments requested were also not in the bag. I have not gone to Wendy’s in quite a while and now I remember why.

They often forget your food so always ask for a receipt. Don’t bother calling if they did forget an item in your order just revisit the store. Their phone is never on or out of service. I just spent 50 somewhere dollars and half my order is not right. (Wasted money, decided to just go somewhere else)
