Yes- it’s fast food and you can’t expect much. If you go here don’t have high hopes. Ordering in the drive thru was easy. The woman was a little hard to understand. Got to the window- both women who were there must have been having a bad day. Very snide attitude while paying. The photos of the food explain themselves. Mediocre burger at best. The chicken sandwich tasted like mush in the mouth. Don’t really care for fast food much anymore- only when with friends or last resort during the week.

Ordered my food online, I customized my burger and didn’t get any of the of the customized orders correct. I also ordered a unsweetened tea and got a sweet one. I also ordered zesty sauce and didn’t get any at all. When I called to let them know what happened no one picked up, I called 4 times and no answer. Horrible.

Went through drive through on friday at 2:25. Lady at drive through was not nice. She missed a couple of items had to go inside to get them. And then acted like I stole the items she missed. She missed nuggets and a burger. Wass, what wasn’t apologetic just rude? Thought I would give this Burger King a try. But I know now not to ever go there again. Good job to the lady working drive through on a Friday. Not taking care of her customers properly. I can’t believe she had the audacity to act that way.

Had some coupons so I went to this BK for the first time. I went inside since it’s awkward to describe the coupon in the drive-thru. The peolle working were super quick and my whopper tasted amazing. Hadn’t had one in years but it definitely hit the spot.

I stopped at this Burger King today. On my way to pick up my child from school. Thought I would grab him a mini cinnamon roll treat. Customer service was wonderful, everyone was polite, professional, and quick.
I went Through the drive-through roughly around 11:30 AM, and noticed the vandalism that has been done to the Burger King menu. I feel really bad for the workers here.

This place is super close to my house so I have given it several chances. Today was the last chance. The employees are undertrained, slow as cold molasses, & unprofessional. Now let’s talk about their food. Cold, or burnt. There almost is no in between. I don’t know who is running quality control for this location, but they need to be fired immediately. Every single time I have gone here there has been something horribly wrong with my food. I will never go back to this location. I’m going to share a picture with you guys of the new Taco that came out that I purchased today. I waited 10 minutes for this taco and it was clearly not fresh. Not really sure what the wait was all about. The taco is disgusting, I will never order another one. As bad as Jack in the Box tacos are, this was even worse.

Worst customer service. I went there to order the family bundle and the lady taking my order wasn’t fluent in English. I repeated my order over 6 times “one order of the family bundle and the code is 7054.” After repeating my order the 4th time, I want to backup my car and leave but there was already a line of cars behind me. So I had to move forward, my order was $18.71 and I give the cashier a $20, she was hoping that I’ll leave her a tip. No, not for that kind of customer service and I checked my order 3 Whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers, and 3 fries with 3 packets of ketchup. When she give me my change back, I don’t know if she accidentally or purposely drop my change on the ground. I got out of my car to pick up my change and another Burger King employee yelled at me, “You can get out of your car like that. Hurry up and move your car. You’re holding up the line.” I told her, “She dropped my money on the ground.” I pick up the $1 bill on the ground to show her and I said to her, “I need more ketchup packets.” She said, “I already put it in your order.” I told her, “ 3 packets of ketchup isn’t enough and I need more.” She grabbed a handful and tossed it into a bag and handed to me with a frown on her face. I said, “Thank you” and drove off.

After waiting in line forever at the drive through, mind you with only me and one other car this is what they gave me. A burnt chicken patty, and notice the lettuce? A pinch of lettuce maybe 3 little pieces, tiny ones and a drop of mayo. This is the bs meal they sold me. I ended up not eating it just the fries, I was too far to go back and ask for a refund. They honestly have too many employees playing around chatting it up. ♀️
