The restaurant is very clean every time I’ve ever been in it. The food is always really fresh, cooked, well, served well. Lack of communication, the employees need to speak a little clearer English and understand it too. Otherwise this is a really good Wendy’s

Best service I’ve had in years from fast food. Energetic window cashier was respectful, nice, and had common courtesy. Same with guy handing out food. Service is often lost at fast food chains where you don’t get a “hi” or “have a nice day.” So it was great to see this crew killing it when it came to service. (it was night crew, who is a little better than day)

We just came through the drive-thru. My number 8 spicy had no cheese, no bacon and a ton of ranch. Our other two burgers had extra cheese when we said no cheese. Just placing our order was ridiculous, rushing and trying to basically throw the food out the window. It wasn’t even busy… one car was in front of us that’s it. Spent 35 bucks for half ass food.

I use to think the bad service was because all the kids working here. But now they got adults working there and they still can’t get an order right it’s pathetic. Now I know they just purposely go out of their way to wreck peoples orders. When you say no mayo but they drench the burger in mayo it pathetic.

No egg means no egg. This is the 3rd Wendy’s that but egg on my sausage muffin despite it not having egg on the menu and me saying no egg when I ordered. The cheese is also on top of the egg so when I removed it I lost the cheese I very much wanted.

Food was awesome. I swear in small towns the fast food is always better. You go to the city and the fast food is terrible. But in small towns its like they cook it the right way and dont rush the process. This wendys is an A+ (5 out of 5) excellent food service and taste.

I went to Wendy’s for the first time after 15 years, expecting a better experience. Ordered their new mozzarella chicken sandwich, very disappointed. The sandwich comes with mozzarella cheese, chicken and sauce, except mine had no sauce. Along with that I ordered a frosty vanilla frapp except it wasn’t frosty, they gave me coffee . When I asked is this a frosty the cashier told me that’s how they come. Will not be going there again.

This was the best! I mean absolute BEST fast food burger I have ever had in my 29 YEARS OF LIFE!! I’ve worked many fast food places and tried their burgers of course, but I’ve never had Wendy’s baconator !! But t was juicy fresh and still good even though I didn’t eat it until I got home!! Will definitely be eating here again and taking a video of the absolute deliciousness!!
