Up until recently, I’ve been coming here once a week. These guys do a good job of getting my order right consistently, and the folks working the drive through are always polite and friendly.
Unfortunately, long wait times in the drive through line have become more and more common. For instance, I’ve been sitting (trapped) in the drive through line for about twenty minutes now, and the line hasn’t moved. No mention of the long wait, no apology, nothing when I finally made it to the speaker. I’m willing to forgive a lot if you just say “sorry for the long wait, we’re slammed right now”.
I think I might switch my late night cravings spot to Taco Del Sol down the street. They’re slightly more expensive, but I’ve never had to wait there more than ten minutes start to finish. I just don’t have time to deal with the drive through line anymore. So much for “fast” food…
EDIT: I lowered the star rating to 2 stars. I spent 26 minutes total in the drive through line. I won’t be back for a while!

I don’t usually go to this location, but made a poor choice that I won’t be repeating! I ordered what I usually order at any Taco Bell location, and what I usually scarf down gleefully without much concern of how it looks… however, it’s never been completely inedibly disgusting like this! The “crunchy” taco was so soggy that it was no longer crunchy and the tortilla was wet and floppy and had glued itself to the paper wrapping, and even with careful attempt to peel: could not be removed, so it was impossible to eat anyway (I don’t eat paper wrapping, typically – weird, I know!). But I thought… maybe the taco got ruined somehow, that’s okay, I also ordered a bean & cheese burrito! So I go to unwrap that but it wasn’t even wrapped ! It looked like someone had wadded the paper on top of it! And seeing the “burrito” answered that whoever did it had no earthly idea how to roll a burrito! They tried to rip off part of the tortilla for some reason so it has the appearance like someone had already taken a bite from it… and it was folded like a weird piece of paper and already oozing out everywhere before I even touched it. Because it had oozed everywhere long before I unwrapped or touched it, the sauce ooze had hardened and congealed, making me really wonder how long ago this burrito was possibly made. Just so upset – I am super pregnant and all I wanted was some Taco Bell but instead I got robbed and I’m still hungry and sad.

i dont write bad reviews usually but this was terrible.. my friend and i waited 15 minutes for our dine in food and they got both of our orders wrong, i paid extra for sauces that weren’t there and none of my VEGAN friend’s instructions were followed! the workers look like theyd rather be anywhere else.

After my last visit to Taco Bell, I had a bad experience and never received a response to my complaint. Between the low quality of the food, rising prices, and poor service, I can’t recommend them anymore.
Instead, I encourage everyone to try the many Mexican restaurants and food carts along Pacific Hwy. For just a couple of extra dollars, you’ll get far better quality, friendlier service, and you’ll be supporting small local businesses rather than a big corporation. The difference is worth it

I always go through drive through. Usually not much of a wait.
Love they brought back (however infrequent) the cool ranch Doritos tacos.
I’ve been multiple times for that at 0200. I don’t eat it much any other time but my kids order it on DoorDash and the orders are at least accurate compared to other places

My last review of this place was 4 years ago. Well the update will be nice because today’s tacos were like crispy tasty and generously portioned. Two taco Supremes $4.98

Typical Taco Bell experience. Delicious and still cheaper than most fast food these days. It is Taco Bell though so be prepared for your stomach to not agree as much as your wallet and taste buds! Comes with the territory though!

Takes forever to get your mobile order in the lobby. The layout behind the counter is such that no employee can see you making it difficult to get anyone’s attention to get your order, unless you want to be annoying and loud. Spend your money elsewhere.

No joke, one of the best Taco Bells in Portland. Food is really fresh, I had a gordita crunch that looked like the advertisements. They’ve also never messed up an order.
