Not only did they forget my meal but the setup of this Spicy Chicken Deluxe sandwich wasn’t it today! It literally had 3 tomatoes in the picture menu and I only got ONE baby tomato… barely any spicy sauce and the way they layered the sandwich is VERY poor… I don’t know if I want to eat it because it literally looks like they prepared it with no gloves I bet. Thanks a lot for making this experience the lowest I’ve ever had.

I placed an order at the restaurant and it took a little bit for me to get my food which is not a big deal because they were a little busy but I went back app to ask about my order and then they got it ready right away. There was no stickers on my coffee of the cream and sugar. And I ordered 2 coffees with different cream and sugars and when he brought the order over to me, I asked him which coffee was which, because there was no stickers, and he said he doesn’t know, and he told me to figure it out for myself that is unacceptable, they’re supposed to have stickers on the coffees. So the customers know how much creams and how much sugars are in their coffees

Ordered at the kiosk, it wasn’t busy but the food took a longer than usual. The order was for here but was dropped off at the table OVER the booth wall. Had to get my drink and when I went to the fountain there was no catsup. Asked for some and had to wait for a staff member to bring out a few packs. Turns out they are out of bulk catsup and didn’t offer any packets with the meal. I SHOULD NOT WAIT FOR YOU TO GET AROUND TO DOING YOUR JOB, AND LOSE THE SNOTTY ATTITUDE

Took us 22 minutes to get our food. We only ordered some nuggets and a 1/4 pounder. Always seems like this McDonalds is short handed…Maybe the owner should consult with the other McDonalds in the area and ask them what it takes to retain employees. Otherwise maybe they should put their work clothes on and go help.

Asked for a small cup of whipped cream for the dog. Have gotten them before at McDonald’s including Burlington. The girl very rudely said we don’t do that. We’re not Starbucks ya know. Then laughed about it with coworkers right in front of me. Asked for manager and he didn’t even apologize for the treatment. If you don’t do that then just politely say you don’t do the treat for the pups. No reason to be rude. Plus I have been given a treat for the dog many times before. It’s not the treat part anyway, it was the rudeness about it.

Went to the drive thru. Sat in the right lane, only to have 4 cars order ahead of me in the left lane. I got tired of waiting and drove up to the window and told the women what was going on. She didn’t say sorry or anything, except she can’t help me and that I would have to drive around again. I was pissed, if I wasn’t getting food for my wife, I would have left. Anyway, I did go around. Sat there again for a long period of time. Watched 6 cars leave because they were tired of waiting. Anyway, I won’t be back. That’s not the first issue I have had with that drive thru.

Slowest McDonalds around. Always have to wait a long time, 10+ minutes for anything inside and drive through isn’t much better. The McD in Lake Geneva and Elkhorn are much faster than this one.

They lost my food order and after waiting 30 minutes, all I was told is “sorry we dpnt have your order at all” even thought i had it up on the app. This is the second time they’ve lost my order but at least the first time they looked for it, found it, and remade it since it’d been sitting out. I wasnt refunded.
