Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

First I will say sometimes its good sometimes its trash depends who’s cooking they have left my meat raw several times be careful I gave 5 stars because I come here often service is great just the cook depending who’s cooking they need to go back to train some of there cooks

First thing we arrived at 12am was not very packed we were 3 cars behind before we ordered took about 30 minutes to even get to the order screen then waited another 10 minutes before someone acknowledge us as we get to the window the lady is just texting on her phone like she was to busy to acknowledge us once again we were doing a split payment then she told us it only take a certain amount which is a lie you can do a split payment practically anywhere. My phone shut off she asked me to open it up again I did and not even a second she was back on her phone…. Then she disappeared and the other person that took over her I’m guessing said that we only had one order at this point it’s 1am I’m pissed off because I just want my damn food that I ordered the whole crew they have is a joke no work ethic what so ever. Definitely the worst experience by far.

I went inside to order my food at 12 p.m. but then I see all these people ordering food. Getting their food before me. It was 12:15 p.m. and everyone that came in was getting their food. My food was already ready but no one bothered to ask my name or anything until I said something sure enough it was ready since a long time ago. I only have 30 minutes to eat. Geez you all need to get with the program. Have someone in charge of take outs, and another one of dining in and and another one of online orders. You all need pay attention. The one Andrew’s hwy is always faster on getting my take out order.

So I was about to give a one star review because I came here, waited forever in line and got home only to find out the orders were completely wrong. I was pissed. I decided to call in and talk to a manager and a younger guy by the name of Michael Camacho came on the phone, said he was a supervisor. He listened to my issue, went out of the way to listen to me vent and then make it right. That was about the best I’d ever had a negative situation dealt with. You guys need to make sure you keep this guy because he is awesome and the only reason I’d come back. Thanks Michael.

The managers are extremely rude. I have come here multiple times, and they are always the two same managers on shift talking about beating a customer up due to them being frustrated. They are extremely rude to customers especially if they are unable to speak English.
