As I sit here in the restaurant writing this review. We have been without drinks and refills for well over 12 minutes. We were asked 13 minutes ago if we wanted more soda and we responded yes. No soda ever came. Our burgers were burnt they forgot my onion and mayo which I had to wait another 6 minutes to in which time my burger was cold. We had eaten at the collegeville location the other week for our first time at red robin. We loved it so much when we came to pick our grand daughter up in reading we decided to stop in. What a mistake. The bathroom is also a mess. Our salad came out with our burger which I found weired. So I was surpost to eat my salad while my burger got cold. Will never come back to this location or maybe a red robin ever again. Also food all over the floors. Totally disgusting I would post a picture but can not figure out how to add more once I already posted. We are still sitting here waiting for a French fry refill another 10 minutes in the making

First time out since my cancer surgery and our experience was beyond blessed. Chose Red Robin in Exeter because of the friendly atmosphere, excellent service and there burgers & fries are tasty. The manager K and our waitress took extra care of us and were superb! I highly recommend this location for a casual time out and we will definitely be back soon!

All around the service was awful. We waited 15 minutes for drinks and to give our order, 30 plus minutes for our food. I was given the wrong order, no apology, they just seemed annoyed. The best part is, she charged for the wrong order plus the actual order!! Again, no apology. Complete apathy. Our waitress was never around. We waited 20 minutes for extra fries and a water. It’s no wonder very few people were there!!

Again, I can’t see how 1-star reviews happen since I never had fruit flies, cold food, an extremely long wait time (once had to wait over an hour and a half at Texas Roadhouse),unsanitary bathrooms, dirty floors, or anything else negative that was mentioned. It was also a bit loud, but Red Robin is known to be more family-friendly and bombastic than say Outback Steakhouse or a diner. Maybe I was lucky or maybe I was at the best time to be there. No complaints except birch beer isn’t a drink option.

We went there for lunch today seated real quick sat down took forever to get our food took quite a while probably about 25 minutes to get our food. We ordered two burgers and fries and the burger shows up. It’s a little small for 15 $16 burger with fries Fries were kinda like they were weren’t fresh. They were kind of lukewarm. I didn’t enjoy the meal at all and I thought for $38 for two burgers and one Yingling draft which was I think five or six bucks that was nice and cold and a glass of water Service was there just took forever to get the food and it just wasn’t there for the price. the value wasn’t there. I will not be going back.

Sevice was great. Burgers were great . My problem was with the French fries. Love the parm. Garlic fries but this time they tasted like fish. The first batch wasn’t too bad but the 2nd was really bad with a fishy taste. Time to change the oil I believe.

It’s always a great experience here. Food is always great. This time, they brought out the wrong burger, but they had the right burger to us in no time. They do birthday chant to you if you let them know it’s your birthday and bring you a sundae.

Me and my bf just moved here and decided to try Red Robin.. IT WAS PACKED! But food came out very quickly. I am also a server and it’s always nice to realize who puts extra effort in. Our server Elizabeth was very kind and attentive! Thank you for making our casual night out awesome!

Usually I enjoy Red Robin but my Margaritas were expensive and tasted like water even with a $4. Extra double. Was waiting for someone to come serve us for a while. And my burger wasn’t as good as usual. Waitress was nice.
