A mess is all I can say. I’ve been here a few times and service is terrible every single time. Bartenders are slow and unfriendly. I’m guessing the changeover at management is a constant.
I’ve also done curbside a few toned and again, what a mess. If I order online, it means I want to pick up my food be done. I paid online, tipped online but every time, someone comes out wanting me to sign for my order. I’m sorry, that’s why I paid online. And of course the thing you sign has a place for a tip (I did that online). Meanwhile after I’ve signed, my to go order is still sitting inside and no longer warm.
Today’s order I parked, texted my name and parking spot #. A girl comes out says name on the order, I said I’ve already texted it. She then comes out, I have to sign, she goes in and brings out my order. I leave and make it about 1/2 way home when I get a call, she says they gave me the wrong order. Are you kidding? Easiest job on the planet, compare food and order before taking them out. I take it back and some guy now comes out, no I’m sorry for mixup-nothing. I’m done giving them my business.

Had been there several times but had never tried the wings. They are phenomenal! Had the charred wings with Austin’s sauce, and it nails! Very well seasoned – the chicken, not just the sauce, like properly seasoned, not the bland chicken you find anywhere else – and the sauce has the right balance between hot and tasty.
Absolutely delicious!
My wife borrowed a spoon of the blue cheese sauce and poured in her burger, she loved it as well!

Tonight was great!! The food was fantastic. The service was excellent. We were a larger party (8), and we got to sit together in their side room. Our server, Grace (aka Grayson) was friendly and very personable. She was what made our evening so relaxed; we were well cared for. I loved my chicken fried steak. Austin’s is open later, and it was a great alternative to fast food.

I didn’t take pics because I ate the food so fast. So delicious! A friend and I split two meals. The French dip and the Smokehouse sandwich with sweet potato fries and the western fries. 10/10!!!!! Portions and pricing spot on. Sat on the patio. TVs outside and tons inside!!! Great sport watching setup indoors as well! Service was fantastic. We’re from out of town and when in the area, will visit again

Great bar & grill experience. Known for their chicken tenders. Their burgers are great as well. Great atmosphere! It’s usually busy so parking can be tough to find during peak dining hours

Just went there I was seated by one person moved to a booth, someone came to see if I needed anything and while announcing someone else was my waiter. So I ordered a drink and watched a multitude of workers walk past no one announced they were my true server. Waited close to 25 minutes to order, finally got up walked to the bar to pay for the soda. They went to find whomever was my waiter no one came forward , asked to speak to a manager which was another search fest. Poor Customer Service!

Not sure if our server was still learning, but it was a good thing we weren’t in a hurry or on a time crunch. We ended up having to go to the bar to order our waters and drinks while she stood off to a corner talking amongst fellow coworkers. We rarely saw her and most times other staff helped us. Hostess and other staff were nice and it was a good atmosphere and food is Austin’s food. Love their ranch and western fries. ❤️

Great service and the food was really good. Our waitress has good recommendations and was honest about the food. The fajitas came with a lot of steak and the burger I would recommend for sure.

Yes, they were patient and professional, and sweet. **I was disappointed that beef fat or real butter was not a part of a secondary choice for having allergies to seed oils. I’d highly suggest to your company be completely open to a change even though it’ll happen everywhere but at a slow place. Add a good-sized section to your menu, hopefully one explaining that you can now use a separate grill for beef tallow and / or real butter. You have good food. Why corrupt your good food with seed oils that were originally meant for machinery based things. Your business would thrive in the carnivore community if you literally put these words *seed oil free options*.
