Ordered two sushi rolls (enter the dragon and coco roll which is shown). The entire Coco roll had rotten avocado in it. Two pieces were eaten before we realized it was bad. I understand avocado starts to get weird after sitting out, but that was not the case and instead was just a straight rotten, bad avocado that should’ve been discarded. Totally unacceptable to use in any type of food. Called to speak with the manager who was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. This was our first time trying Yellowfin Sushi and unfortunately it will be the last.

From the moment we sat down, Murphy was absolutely phenomenal. Friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional, he set the tone for an amazing dining experience. He knew the menu inside and out, made great recommendations, kept drinks perfectly timed, and checked in just enough to make us feel taken care of without ever hovering. True top-tier service.
The food was just as impressive. The Golden Flake Tuna was fresh and melt-in-your-mouth delicious, the steamed shumai was perfectly prepared, and the clear house soup hit the spot. The drink selection was excellent too—cold Kirin and Stella, a refreshing Michelob Ultra, and a smooth cabernet by the glass that paired beautifully with the meal.
What really sets Yellowfin apart is the combination of exceptional food and exceptional people. Murphy elevated the entire experience and made it feel welcoming, relaxed, and memorable.

I haven’t been back in over 5 years and this sushi bar is still the BEST sushi spot in all of sw and central Florida. Everything is so flavorful and fresh. The chefs are really friendly and helpful. The staff is a great conversation. Worth even a 4hr drive to enjoy it again. Thank you everyone there for another amazing dinner!

I have been a regular at Yellowfin for over a year and I have never once been disappointed by the service, atmosphere or the food. In fact their sushi is on par with some of the best in Cape Coral. The sushi staff are wonderful at what they do and my usual waiter Murphy is always friendly, personable and never disappoints. A great local spot to try here in Cape!

I haven’t been to this place since they have renovated! The place looks great! The atmosphere has always been great whether you sit inside or outside! The food is delicious! In order of pictures the typical volcano roll, pineapple fried rice(a little too sweet for my liking), UNI, and crazy roll. Jenna was very helpful and attentive!!

I don’t care much for sushi, so I tried their hibachi menu. I paid almost $30 for the tiniest portion of chicken and steak I have ever seen. I actually was offended at how small the portion is. You get more meat on a Subway steak sandwich for 1/4 of the cost. It was bland, boring and incredibly disappointing considering the ridiculously greedy cost. Our server was slow and inattentive. The environment was insanely noisy and chaotic. My wife and I will never be back.
