This was our first time and I was not disappointed. The reviews speak for themselves so mine won’t be Earth shattering or anything. I had their signature hush hush whiskey on the rocks (a rock actually) and it tasted great. We ordered flatbread pizza, charcuterie and queso. All presented well and again, quite tasty. But what you may or may not experience was the service. I don’t know if you can ask for a particular server, but Chloe took care of us as if we had been there a dozen times. Of course we’ll return.

Thought this would be a calm, nice Friday night date.. If you’d like to have conversation it’s not likely you’ll hear them the first time, or the second. Drinks were decent but overpriced and overly saturated with flavor, my paloma even tasted like they tried to add their own grotesque spin on it.

Chloe is the best! She is professional and fun. She’s learned exactly how we like our beverages. She’ always takes SUCH good care of us! Noah is amazing too! He always remembers us and treats us like elite royalty. We will forever be customers of white rabbit as long at these employees exists! They’re the best!!!!

Went there for my birthday with my wife and 4 friends on a Tuesday.
The entrance and atmosphere were pretty cool.
Definitely gave the “Speak Easy” vibe.
The bartender made excellent drinks, and the prices were fair. However, the Happy Hour Old Fashioned paled in flavor and quality to all the other drinks.

Gilbert’s first speakeasy-style underground restaurant is a creative and fun concept, and we were excited to check it out. Unfortunately, the experience started off on the wrong foot—the guy at the front was quite standoffish. We were made to wait for about 15 minutes even though there were plenty of open tables inside, which was confusing and took away from the initial excitement.
Once we were seated, things improved. Our server was attentive and friendly, and the bartender made an excellent Old Fashioned exactly the way I requested. Overall, the service (once inside) and ambiance were great, but the front-of-house experience could use some improvement to match the rest of the vibe.

Great place for drinks! My wife and I went for a quick date night and were thoroughly impressed with how good the drinks were! The bartender even made me one of my all-time favorites, a corn’n oil which was fantastic! Highly recommend!

I went in there with 9 friends for our first round of the night, and it was all of our first time in. They have a wide variety of tasty and unique cocktails. They cost around $15, but I feel you definitely get your money’s worth. There is also a good selection of beer/wine.
The atmosphere is inviting, but dark, with a lot of prohibition era imagery on the walls. There are two different areas within The White Rabbit to find the vibe you desire. There’s a lounge that’s not too loud to carry a conversation, and a separate dance area.
Our group was really impressed, and enjoyed our time. We will definitely be going back!
