1/13/26: I’ve stayed away for a while but decided to stop by today for a hot, crispy chicken biscuit. Was around 10am so they were not busy. Almost as expected, a steamy(soggy) piece of chicken. I asked for a “fresh” replacement after showing this one to them and it was about the same unfortunately. When I asked if she’d get me a fresh one she said “they should all be about the same freshness”. She’s right. I really think they cook ahead and while they sit wrapped up, they get steamy and that dissolves the crispness. Photo added. The crusty areas on the edge were soft so barely a crunch was had.

Earlier experience:
I ate at this Chic-fil-a on December 9, 2025. This was around 2 PM and other days I have gone around 11 AM just to beat the lunchtime crowd. Almost every recent visit; the hand sanitizer station when you enter is empty and when trying to find a table to eat at almost all of them are dirty with chairs combined at odd tables and tables moved around from the Highschool crowd. The floors are usually disgusting too. One time I found a guy in the dining room bringing an order out and asked him if he could clean a table for me, he went over to a station, came back toward me and handed me a pack of wipes:-). Seriously. On the visit today I saw that the owner operator Tony was working, but they were so busy I just called afterwards and asked to have him call me so that I could give him some feedback. The manager insisted several times that it was her job to address Issues, but I mentioned to her that I have mentioned the sanitary issues to her and others before and nothing has improved and since I saw Tony there, I’d like to talk to him. I just wanted to suggest that maybe he consider a dedicated person to keep tables cleaned and organized during busy times or after busy times. As I expected, even though she took my name and phone number, he never called. Very disappointing at this location. Having recently visited the one in Garner near Costco they have staff walking around actively offering drink refills and constantly wiping tables and sweeping the floor. The Beaver Creek Apex location could really learn a lot from other store owners. The staff, etc are great. The operator/ manager just need to focus on keeping the dining area clean and organized. That should be simple. Rather than helping with the drive through orders, a walk around the dining room might be worth doing.

I usually don’t have many issues here but I was mortified to find a fried hair around my nugget… I pulled it off and immediately lost my appetite. Things happen but this wasn’t caught during packing the order??

I am very disappointed with my experience at this location. My order was incorrect. I was given a sandwich instead of the 12 count chicken nuggets I ordered. On top of that, I specifically asked for three Chick-fil-A sauce packets and there were none included in my bag. The interaction I had at pickup was also unpleasant and atypical for Chick-fil-A. The employee handing me my food seemed rushed, pushed the bag toward me, and turned her back immediately after I grabbed it. I understand being busy but have some respect. There was no acknowledgment, no smile, and no basic courtesy. I expect better accuracy and customer service from Chick-fil-A, which is why this experience stood out in a negative way. I hope this location pays more attention to order accuracy and customer interactions going forward.

Honestly the best meal I ate I’m from south africa so this was amazing, the spicy deluxe burger was amazing and the chicken was absolutely juicy and fresh. The staff were amazing and friendly and I dint have to wait really long for my food either

I have come to this Chick-fil-A four times since moving to this area in Feb of 2025. I kid you not, every single time there is either a missing or wrong item in the order – definitely double check your order before leaving if getting takeout.

I have been to Chick Fil A 3 times in the past two weeks. On Halloween, I placed a delivery order and was missing three medium fries. On Thursday, I went through the drive thru and ordered a kids meal and a grilled chicken sandwich. We did not receive the fries for the kids meal. Tonight I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun and a side of pickles. We did not receive the bun nor the pickles. My grilled chicken was thrown into a container with one tomato and no lettuce. The receipt on the outside of the bag has had the correct order each time. This is unacceptable when you’re paying for a meal and constantly have to go inside to collect the items you did not receive. If you’re going through the drive thru, always check your bag because 9 times out of 10, you won’t have everything you ordered.

My wife and I have been loyal Chick-fil-A customers for years, which is why this experience at the Beaver Creek Apex location has been so painful and disappointing.

On November 25, we went through the drive-thru at 1110 Beaver Creek Commons Dr on our way to the vet to put our dog down after a period of suffering. Our dog loved Chick-fil-A nuggets and whipped cream. In the past, I’ve often ordered a cookies & cream milkshake and let her have the whipped cream as a little treat. That day, I didn’t want a milkshake, so we placed a mobile order and, when we arrived, pulled into the alternate lane to ask if we could add a side of whipped cream for our dog. I explained that we were on our way to say goodbye to her, and the team member told us it would be okay.

When we got to the window, a different employee took over, spoke with the manager, and came back saying they could not give us the whipped cream after all. We were told the manager said we could come inside if we wanted to speak with her. My wife was already in tears and begged me not to go in because she didn’t want to be a problem. As a husband, my role is to look after her, and it was incredibly frustrating to watch her feel even smaller and more uncomfortable in a moment when she was already heartbroken. We were also told to move along because we were “holding up the line,” and I heard someone say, “he’s just holding up the line.” Hearing that while we were literally on our way to put our dog down was deeply hurtful and made us feel like an inconvenience instead of people going through something very hard.

Later, I shared what happened with Chick-fil-A’s care team. Instead of anyone from this location reaching out, a free kale salad/small fry was added to my app. I called the care team back to say that didn’t really address what happened, and even after that, no one from the store has contacted us.

This is not about a cup of whipped cream or trying to get free food. It’s about empathy, leadership, and how guests are treated in vulnerable moments. We chose this Chick-fil-A that day because of its reputation for hospitality and care. It is heartbreaking that, at this store, we walked away feeling dismissed and ignored on one of the hardest days of our lives.

This has got to be the slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to and I come here often. I don’t know what’s going on with the people that work here, but they have clearly not been trained to be like the other Chick-fil-A‘s, which give exceptional service. They have no sense of urgency and they are very lax when it comes to service.

One of the Chick-fil-As I frequent the most. The old design of the mobile thru isn’t the best, but still better than anything at other fast food restaurants. Overall, this doesn’t diminish the quality of the service enough to give this location less than 5 stars. As with almost all Chick-fil-As, their food and service are unmatched in comparison to other fast food restaurants.
