WOW! Just came across this place. I must say very impressed. Muhammad was super with cutting service. The food and portions are wonderful. I don’t eat everyone’s Mac n cheese or potato salad. However, these items were definitely on point. I definitely recommend this when looking for a good spot to enjoy! See ya’ll soon!

ordered our classic delivery order (comfort meal) – 2 four fish combos (mac n cheese, sweet potatoes, collard greens, 4+ pieces of catfish). we order this ALL the time but tonight (february 11th, 2026) was absolutely stellar. the fish- crispy fried crunch, the collard greens were so full of flavor, mac and cheese so freaking good that we literally died. thank u so much to the team who made this food !!! we love u

The food I bought yesterday from this location was like soup… ewww. I placed an order late around 11:30pm. I order cat fish, yams and mac n cheese and an order of shrimp. The catfish was good but the yams and Mac n cheese both were like soup… not baked Mac n cheese. All the juice drippings from each side had my catfish dreaming in liquid. I unusually order from the location on 8th Avenue only but I was in the area so I thought I’d make a purchase there instead. What a mistake. $40 dollars down the drain. I would not recommend this location. Whoever the owner is needs to reevaluate who you have cooking and preparing authentic soul food in Harlem because that was not it!!!

I drive from Queens to go here. The food is that good. (I’m a foodie) Have good food will travel. Lol. Well seasoned macaroni and cheese most restaurants Mac n cheese is sub par not this. The cakes taste like my auntie use to make for church on Sunday. . Basically if you haven’t eaten here (yet) you’re missing out.

Incredible. I’ve only had their SOUL food via uber eats once and it was truly soul food, delicious and finger licking good. I can imagine it’s even more to die for in person, super fresh right out of the kitchen as well.

I’m giving it 1 star because mac cheese was nasty and collard green did not have any seasoning my fish and shrimp was good nice and crispy they also need better customer service they need some females working in there….. yall have to do better

When you say light seasoning, this is what you get. I order here all the time but this would be the last. Whoever was working the kitchen on 11/16/24 at dinner time needs to be trained again.
Inedible! We threw it out since they were not only defrosted, they simply did not care to read my instruction. The shells were broken and as if the bag was thrown around a few times before it was packed. The shrimp was overdone and gooey at the same time. Not sure how you can achieve that but they did.

Their food is the best. Well seasoned and delicious. The fried whiting sandwich is definitely a must have. Fried once you order so it’s piping hot when you get it . One of my favorite soul restaurants in Nyc

Got the 4pc Catfish w/ 2 sides special on UberEats! I actually ordered it because of the special and kept thinking about it after my first bite. Everything is seasoned so well and cooked perfectly, including the sides—macaroni salad, potato salad, collard greens and mac & cheese (last two not pictured) The taste is amazing and I’m definitely going to order their other items next time!
