When I first arrived here in 2023 this McDonalds used to be great. Food always fresh and customer service was amazing but I have noticed the decline in customer service. I had stayed away for a while and decided to give them another chance since they have that new honey chicken sandwich and boy do I wish I had gone to a different store. After ordering they pulled me forward both ladies at the windows were rude, after pulling me to the third window the girl handed me half my order and just closed the window so I assumed she was bringing the rest of my order. Ten minutes pass and she asked me if I was missing something which I replied “yea, my whole order” she yelled to the kitchen that they had forgot when it was her who was working the drive through so pretty much she forgot about me and just handed me a bag and said sorry about that and sent me in my way. When Ingot him I noticed that the food matched the customer service, which was shitty and low quality. I have included the picture of this new burger they’re advertising.

The food is a good as a typical McDonald’s drive-thru meal is. What I’ve been noticing is some of the people that have taken my orders are so rude. I’ve had a couple of them mock my voice or how I say a word when they thought I couldn’t hear them after placing my order. I’ve also had a couple of them scowl at me as I reached for my items and glanced up to say thanks. The lack of quality customer service and the high prices of fast food make me feel great about ignoring what they have to offer.

My husband and I had breakfast here around 8:45 a.m. We came from North Seattle for some work. I don’t want to compare the food since most McDonald’s locations have the same good quality, but I really want to highlight the person who hosted us. He was wonderful and very welcoming — his kindness made our morning even better. I truly appreciate his great service.

Food takes 15+ minutes for takeout, and when you try to get an employees attention they ignore you or just say they don’t know how to work the task or job. Not to mention the line of doordashers and homeless being ignored as well. Pretty shitty restaurant location.

These guys were very impolite, the worker brought and gave us food, throwing it on the table, but did not bring drinks, after which we had to ask them again to bring and give us drinks

Took out the self service drinks, water and ice. Napkins available at the counter. If you want water with your meal, a medium water out of the faucet is $0.39. Also, very limited service at the counter which also looks like they want you to clean your own tables.

The newer technology via ordering machines stood out to me. These ordering machines made a much quicker experience and really sped things up. Everything was user-friendly with the machines.

I guess they don’t want people to dine in. The new seating after their recent remodel is hard and uncomfortable. The decor is industrial and uninviting. No more free refills either. The soda machine is gone altogether.
