Last chance Haven’t been here in a year went there tonight ordered a meal..They had me pull up and wait 15 minutes.i just got home and they literally gave me cheese on a bun with no burger meat ..so tired of getting off work late and trying to get a quick meal, and you can’t even do that

I would give them zero Stars if I could. I came in the restaurant, there were two gentlemen fixing some equipment. I asked them if I could place an order.They pointed to the corner and told me to order at the kiosk. I proceeded to order with my credit card. I was at my limit on my card and there was a balance of 12 cents. I proceeded to offer to pay 12 cents to the cashier at that time. They said the kiosk cannot be done that way. I was charged for the food and I was told I could not have the food. I asked for the manager ( I believe his name was Carter.)He had no name tag on. I had to ask him if he was the manager. My husband’s in the hospital across the street and he just came out of ICU. He wanted a Frosty. I’d ask the manager if he could comp the meal since I had paid for it..he refused. I’m livid. I hadn’t eaten since day before. This was like a circus.I will never go there again and I don’t recommend anybody going there. What a huge disappointment!

The boss himself, Carlos, served us and was very courteous and friendly. The staff were very friendly.

Went in and was going to have to use kiosk so I went through drive through instead. All I got was baked potato. Dinner time. Should have been good and fresh. It was old and cold left over from lunch. Should have been thrown out .

Recently remodeled the place and the AC finally works. Had lunch here and got nuggets and fries. They didnt give me any sauce and when I asked for some, she charged me $0.54 each so I only got 1… Most places give you tons of sauce for free but these people are rationing for some reason.

Every time I come here they find a way to make it worse. I’m the dumb one coming back. Never again after today, it should under no circumstances take 35 to place an order and 10 min to wait for the order , wasted my lunch for a shitty cold burger and old fries. I honestly wonder why they remodeled this location should have demolished it instead of wasting money and space having this place here. I’ve worked for Wendy’s for 2 years in my past and I know this isn’t how a store should be run. Just go to potbelly’s next door.

They need a sign where it can be seen as you pull in telling customers that its drive thru ONLY! After sitting in the driveway thru for 15 minutes without it moving, we decided to get out of line and go in. Little sign on the door that says drive thru only. There was NOTHING fast about this fast food!!

I went today and ordered the same as usual (in Miami).
One of the items was Caesar salad with crispy chicken.
I always check my orders and realized that the chicken was super small. When I asked the guy at the window told me that “ohhh we run out of the regular one” so I asked him if he can add at least another one. Ok whatever, not the same but “lest just sneak this. She won’t realize until is too late”
I arrived to my hotel and what I got was the most old and disgusting salad ever.
I mean, is ridiculous that instead of telling me that the salad is not fresh and let me decide, 5 minutes later I got this.
Wendy’s, you can do better or at least have people that cares a little more.
And before you say something, no I drove right back to my hotel. I do have the receipt with the time and my pictures have a way to show the time.
Waste of money.
