Pretty darn good for BV. Had the Mediterranean pizza and the dough is homemade. The sauce was not salty or overly acidic and there were plenty of toppings. The pasta is also home made – we had the Chicken Pesto – with the right amount of pesto topped with fresh basil and a mozzarella ball. I was truly impressed with the quality of food, the presentation and the service.
The only thing that could have been better was the appetizers. Chili was good but salty and lacked depth in terms of meat and beans. The artichoke dip was good and cheesy but pairing it with flat bread was a fail. The flat bread was a bit dry and cold and didn’t pair well – a fresh French baguette would have been better.
Beer on tap was good and loved the seasonal selection. Crave is an unassuming but the environment is lively, diverse and the food is gourmetesk.

Excellent pizza!!!! This place is great because it feels high end without the price! Open kitchen to watch the chefs! Bar has great service with delicious drinks!!

Small so expect a wait, but the food was delicious! I had the pork sandwich and my friend had the Alfredo. Both were excellent and flavorful… Splurge for the au jus sauce with the sandwich, you won’t regret it.

We had a couple of pizzas which had an excellent crust and fresh toppings. We also had a salad which was delicious and perfect balance on the dressing. Finally, we had a spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were primo, but the sauce gave me a spaghetti-os vibe. I was the only one who didn’t like the sauce, so it’s a 3 out of 4 liked it. I’m writing the review though so hah!

Yes, I would definitely recommend this pizza joint. It was so very tasty and delicious, and I was very impressed. There’s 3 different crusts. They were all good, but my favorite was the pan style. They also had sandwiches and soups. The pizzas are sizes more for 2 people but worth it. I would come back if I came through the area again. It was loud, but who cares when the food is what you’re there for. So good!

Absolutely loved it. Food was fantastic, service was great and the atmosphere is new, modern and nice. We had the Bee Sting pizza and the Pig and Fig pizzas. They were both delicious and the flavors were strong and the ingredients high level. There wasn’t much difference between the sour dough crust and the focaccia but they were good. The salad was good too but I don’t recall the name. It was a new one with blood orange dressing. Definitely will go back when in town.
We had an opportunity to visit Buena Vista again and for sure, this is where we went to eat. Worth the return trip. Still super good.

Absolutely delicious!!!! Go here!!! We were driving through town and decided to stop here. So glad we did. Gluten free friendly and yummy!! Comfortable seating – great vibes and amazing food. All the dishes had depth of flavor and the menu was very descriptive. From the fresh and bright salad, to the rich and hearty soup, to the crispy to-die-for pizza … with melting rich cheese… I will be back!

had great meal but sad service. the last 30 minutes we were there was spent by the bartender and manager trying to learn how their draft system worked. it took them more than 20 minutes to change the wine keg and a single co2. a skilled bartender could have retrieved the keg and co2 and replaced them in 2-3 minutes.
all the while several customers had been sat at the bar and were all just staring at them. then they twisted all the knobs on the gauges and screwed up the pressure. the white wine came out like champagne and the beer was completely flat. after about 25 minute the table behind us received their house red with foam to the top of the glass. the customer had told the bartender to cancel the order and replace it with a bottled selection, but the bartender just ignored her and threw the subpar drink into the well and yelled for the server to take it.
we tried to tank them and tipped 40% but they were exceptionally rude to us as we left. should have just gone somewhere else, but the pizza smelled good from the street. also the ceaser had almost no dressings an it was watery.

5 stars across the board. Pizza is phenomenal, we went with the sourdough (perfection!!) for the demon pizza and the focaccia on the bbq chicken. Sauce had exceptional flavor, ingredients were fresh and you don’t have to specify how you want your crust cooked, they have perfected that. Wasn’t expecting to stumble upon a pizza joint of this caliber nestled in the mountains of Colorado but I sure did. Thank you! Look forward to coming back

Enjoyed some family time and pizza here after rafting! Our raft guide recommended Crave and we are glad we went! Nice looking place, great location in BV! It’s within walking distance of lots of the shops! My dad and I shared the supreme pizza, and while it was delicious, there was a lotttt of black olives. Will pop by again for another pie next time I’m in town!
