I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience. A couple of months ago, I ordered my usual chicken Caesar salad and realized after eating half of it that the chicken was raw. I reached out to customer service with a photo, but apparently sent it to the wrong department and eventually gave up.
I decided to give this location another chance today and placed an order for myself and my coworkers. When I went to pick it up, they initially brought out only one drink. After pointing it out, the employee brought two more, but I knew there should’ve been four. When I tried to explain, she didn’t listen and instead brought me a random drink that wasn’t even what my manager ordered.
On top of that, we ordered a $6.99 cookie skillet but only received the cookie, which is normally $1.99. I had to call and go back just to get the ice cream that was supposed to come with it, and still waited over five minutes for them to bring it out.
Between the raw chicken and repeated issues with orders and service, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location

Pretty bad service from start to finish. We never got refills, and somehow I was the only one at the table whose food didn’t come out with everyone else’s. No one came to explain or even check on us. When my meal finally showed up 20 minutes later, it was just set down with zero acknowledgment. The restaurant was also full of dirty tables, which didn’t make things any better. Definitely not the level of service you’d expect. Especially when you get three orders of wings and a burger worth $75.00.

Worst restaurant experience of my life. I WISH I could give ZERO stars. And I’m a very understanding and forgiving person with restaurants having my husbandand I work in the field… We were sat, we waited forever for our drinks. We ordered our appetizer of onion wings, and our food. 25+ minutes and we never got our appetizer. 30+ minutes we finally saw the server, and the man brought our food. The server never gave us silverware or napkins, I had to flag another server down to ask. They forgot our appetizer, and my sons food was wrong. I asked for them to fix it, 20+ minutes and they never brought it, so I just had my son eat my dinner. My husband had a side of tater tots that he never got. At that point I flagged the server and asked for the check. I had to ask for the onion rings, and childs food taken off, I didn’t even realize my husband never got his tots. So I accidentally paid for those. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. What a waste of $60.00.

We drove 45 minutes to this location to pick up food and take to our mother’s house as a treat. Literally five minutes from the location. We arrived to open up ice cold food. The wings were rock solid the fries were ice cold and hard they forgot our burger and fries and sauces. What a waste of money and time! And what a disappointment. We did not spend a little of money either so for what we spent I really wish the experience could have been better! Never again. If you are going to eat here try done in and let me know how that goes because I won’t waste another second. Bought dinner for eight.

Buffalo Wild Wings always delivers when it comes to the food — the wings were great, everything came out hot, and the flavors were on point. The only downside is the service. They were clearly understaffed, and it showed. Wait times were long, and it took a while to get drinks, refills, and even the check.
That said, the staff who were there worked hard and stayed friendly despite being overwhelmed. If you’re going for the food and don’t mind waiting a bit, it’s worth it. Hopefully they get more help soon, because the food really is fantastic.

The place wasn’t busy, 1:30 Tuesday afternoon, when we walked to our table the floor beside our table looked like someone had a food fight….should have been my first hint. The waitress brought me someone else’s wings and cold fries. When she brought me the wings I ordered, half of my order was so overcooked I could have used them to hammer nails. Our waitress disappeared for 20+ minutes. When she finally returned, I told her the wings were inedible. Her response: “What would you like me to do about it?” She did get the manager to waive the charge, but he never came to my table and the comment on the bill was that “the customer didn’t like them”. Any decent manager would want to know why.

I came in after a day of shopping. It must have been about 230. I order the spicy garlic traditional. And the loaded tots. My friend ordered garlic parm and fries. My tots came out with my.neal and looked nothing like the Pic. My wings were so over done the bones were breaking the minute you t touched them. And there was no garlic it was just mild sauce. The garlic par. Ones were grey and ugly looking not to mention hers were a tad undercooked. Usually I go to the bww in Ithaca NY. But after spending 65 bucks on this , I d8nt think I’ll be back.

This place is just that much worse everytime we go. $60 for lunch and the only thing immediately edible was the cheeseburger. The onion rings were undercooked, the loaded tator tots were burnt outside with a tiny piece of frozen cheese in the middle and the boneless wings were, at best, room temperature and the sauce was refrigerator cold. The waitress offered to get the manager but they never came over.
I only went because they advertised a brown sugar heat sauce but I was told that don’t have it and will not get it in, so add false advertising. Go somewhere else!
