I’m not one for writing reviews but every time I come to this McDonald’s there’s always a mistake or something forgotten. I ordered a 4c and they didn’t put a tomato..cool.. 10 piece nuggets, with sweet and sour, no sweet and sour..had to get out of the car and go inside just to get it. On top of that when I got home and gave the nuggets to my husband there was a long golden hair in it. Do better McDonald’s.

Im sorry but employees are always very unprofessional, have gone multiple times and items are always wrong/missing. There’s so much inconsistency and it’s a hassle to keep avoiding this business because of its lack in service.

This is an edited review of one from a year ago. The service at this location has declined since the reopen. I have been here 3 times and my orders have either taken a really long time or incorrect. Tonight, it was off. I wouldn’t mind so much if it was slightly incorrect, but 4 wrongs in one order. The sticker is correct but the sandwich had lettuce and no cheese. The fries were super soggy too.

Today at 3:33 pm, I put up my order on drive thru and you always ask for your condiments that my children always ask for ketchup and ranchy, the woman charges them at 27 cents that for a month my child has always asked for something from there and they had never been charged, I know that after 2 ok it is understood or 1 that they always give me the truth that I miss just giving my opinion.

I live in San Antonio and come to Brownsville a couple of times a week for work. This place has become my favorite breakfast spot. It is so clean, quiet, and has a professional staff. I wish all McDonald’s were like this location. 10/10.

Went for breakfast this morning, got something simple and a usual for myself ( big breakfast with pancakes). Got home , as I’m opening up my breakfast container, I’m hit with an odd smell… I was not given a breakfast sausage patty… but some type of burger patty with onions? @930am… patty seemed to have been left for awhile as it was soggy, didn’t look fully cooked. I’m 26 pregnant, definitely didn’t want to risk it. I’m not sure how someone misses putting an onion burger patty on a breakfast platter.. this is unacceptable. I had also asked for an additional scrambled egg. Was charged, but missing item

Really rude and unprofessional, a night staff female used profanity and told me to go through the drivethru since they had closed the dine-in. When complaint was brought up to manager, he rolled his eyes & got upset & slammed the drive thru window when asked to speak to someone else. Never coming to this Mcdonald’s again.
