So the food was actually pretty good, it was a custom order and it was made correct. We did make the order online so there’s always that worry.
The reason I’m giving the service a two is when my wife asked if there was Arby’s sauce in there instead of just answering the question or checking she pointed to the monitor and said “two Arby’s sauces” That’s all nothing else. I wish you could trust that people did what was on the screen but how many times have we all gotten a burger that has the absolutely correct instructions on the ticket added to it but it’s not made right
It came off super rude and in personal and if I was her manager I would definitely talk to her about how to treat customers. Customers are always right and you don’t have to kiss their butts but you should be at least somewhat kind.

The young lady lady at the counter today argued with me about my order after it was incorrect, and then proceeded to get clarification if I could have the correct order 3 to 4 minutes later after waiting and others behind me, it was announced that I was allowed to have the correct order would not recommend her customer service to anyone it is in fact the worst customer service I have ever had. I have never been argued about what I wanted to eat and then needing permission to have it. Customer service skills have gone. They are not what they used to be. I’ll go elsewhere.

Customer service wasnt good at all. The dining room was a disaster. There were chairs everywhere. Tables hadn’t been cleaned off since breakfast, most likely. The food was old meat being served. The aju sauce wasnt mixed at all. The bread felt and tasted like it was old as well.

Food itself was good. Server was polite but we did not receive the sauces for our order or any napkins. We went thru drivethru so as far as the atmosphere… there always seems to be panhandlers and homeless lingering around asking g for money.

Not the best place in town the staff was great food was hot and made well only reason I gave a 4 not a 5 on food is the drink sizes are so much smaller. A large at any Arby’s is like a small or med every where else and then to pay $4-$7 for a drink of that size I feel the industry standard for a drink is pretty well know small variants is understandable but not half the size for a higher price
