Customer service lacks, Food ok, however if you ask it to be corrected, you will recieve unprofessional responses.
I must say also that the manager Rebecca showed integrity and professionalism by following up. I believe she doesn’t tolerate unsatisfactory customer service and her team should follow her lead.

PLEASE CLOSE THIS MCDONALDS! Every time I come here, it never fails to be an issue; either with placing my order or receiving the correct food — NEVER FAILS! I don’t know if they are understaffed or if the staff there is just incompetent but… it needs to be closed. If I could do NO STARS I would!!

Says they open at 4am but the Mexican lady wouldn’t take my order or come to the window. Disappointed. Tried to call the store no answer. Lazy workers. Tried to speak with a manager but they don’t know how to answer their phone. All i wanted was a single ice coffee for my 12 hour shift, but mcdonalds disappoints once again.

I always order ahead on the app, & still end up waiting 15 mins or more for my order. It’s always just THIS location that I experience this with. So if you’re pressed for time consider other options in the area.

Burger not cooked fully. I can’t count how many times I’ve been to a McDonald’s my entire life. And I have never seen this. Very disappointed. I believe this could be because staff are not paying attention and they are goofing off. When i drove to the 1st window to pay I waited about a minute for them to take my card because they were laughing and talking with a coworker. I get it, they are teenagers and I myself just graduated from being a teenager, but this wasn’t it. I don’t even write bad reviews but this just had to be said.

I went through the drive thru, got 2 hamburgers and a small fry. She told me it was 10.28. I asked her how that could come to 10.28. She responded the number was correct and it wasn’t until I asked for an itemized receipt that she corrected herself to 7.28. She said that I misunderstood her but I had responded more than once that 10.28 did not seem to add up. Pretty shady.
