It’s nice to have a Tim Hortons so local. Very clean inside, wonderful staff, and high quality pastries! If you r never tried the donuts and coffee, I’d highly recommend. Donuts are much less sweet than Krispy Kreme and coffee tastes great!

Today’s service was extremely disappointing.
A tall man interrupted me while I was placing my order and was very rude in his response.
I ordered 10 Timbits, and he threw them into the box carelessly. The coffee he made was also the worst I’ve ever had at Tim Hortons.
It was a very disappointing experience.
I had to ask another worker to put some more syrup. His attitude was so poor.

One of the few locations in the region. I used to have it all the time in upstate. They also have bagels, however they don’t have jalapeño bagels here. If you haven’t try Tim Horton’s yet don’t hesitate and stop by.

This place has good service and usually fresh donuts. But I don’t expect to get a slimy, wet donut when it’s supposed to dry sugar. I understand that can happen to a donut. But I don’t expect you to take it off the shelf, sell it to me, and expect me to eat it after I drive away.

I have been a regular customer here driving all the way from Pennsylvania until recently I drove up on Saturday morning to grab a XL Coffee and a donut where I had an offer in the app and wanted to use it to grab a donut for a $1. The transaction went through and I did not receive the offer wherein I clearly asked the person to check first if the offer is eligible, I asked for a refund and was not given a complete refund by the head of the team I guess. Then I asked for a couple or extra cups and he charged us 50 cents for them. No other coffee shops do that. We placed an order of $6.xx and all we receive poor service along with a coffee which had a good amount of water in it. Definitely nevertheless going back to this location ever again!

It’s a good place for doughnuts , bagels and coffee. Well maintained staffs are very friendly. Service is quick. They are open 24*7 so also good option for late night cravings. Their doughnuts were soft and sugar was perfect was not too sweet also they have variety of doughnuts to choose from. The hot chocolate was great also the bagel was good. They also have other quick snacks coffee and drinks to order from.Would highly recommend.

Staff and interior were very nice but why the cruller sooo wet covered chocolate was not bad but the donut was like deep syrup soaked something I was disappointed cuz I’ve been wanting to visit here sandwiches looked tasty so I’ll try them next time!
