First let me say that I have never in my life had such a ghetto, and unprofessional experience. This manger at Wendy’s in Ellet by the name of Brian sold me raw chicken, and refused to refund me. He went as far as to even call me out my name because I was recording him, for proof. I really don’t understand how someone so angry can work in a public setting such food service. It’s very scary. I will never return to this food establishment again. BEWARE!!

Ordered Door Dash from this location and I don’t even know where to begin… They forgot a drink (we only had 2). Every single item was cold – and not cold like it sat outside for a few minutes – cold like it was cooked hours ago if at all. We had one singular modifier to all of the items and that was no ketchup on one of the burgers which they chose to slather it in ketchup (drown may be a better word to use here) and ignore the fact there was supposed to be mayo. We requested ranch dipping sauce with the nuggets and received sweet chili? How those are even comparable is beyond my comprehension. Overall, absolutely horrendous experience and will honestly at this point never order from another Wendy’s again. Time after time the food is cold, tasteless, and made incorrectly. And yes I understand this is fast food, the bare minimum anyone should be hot, fast, and with correct sauces. This is a disappointment every time. Photos could never do this justice.

First visit to this location. Couldn’t get ingredients taken off an ordered salad. Then changed order, out of the preferred dressing for my chicken tenders.
Manager Brian Refused refund when food came out almost cold, grudgingly remade. Ladies at the store were nice. Nice background music. Restaurant tables wiped dining area spiffy. (No other customers) Chicken tenders hot upon remake. Recommend you ask for everything to be dropped fresh at this location when you order. Check your food temperature ️ when you get it and Highly Recommend you ask for a receipt whether inside or in drive thru. My wife made the comment “now we know why the parking ️ lot was empty”.

Worst experience i have ever had they had six cars pulled up waiting for there food they were out of half the stuff I tried order waited 15 mins to get simple order. It’s a shame my family use to love Wendy’s. If I could give zero stars, I would once I got my food, it was all ice cold.
And the ice was half melted in my pop.I don’t understand what I waited on other than to spend twenty two dollars on two meals.For them to be cold again, very disappointing ownership and management should be embarrassed

This is the worst service I have ever had… I ordered on line at around 11:45pm. The employees were standing out side when I arrived and took a bit to even ask what I would like to order. When I told them I had an online order they said to pull around, I did so, just to be told that they were going to make my order fresh. Which it was not at all fries tasted like they were sitting in week old oil, and they did not even make make a large that I ordered it wasn’t even half full. I ordered water with one combo and got a cup of tap water, should have got a bottle like it I paid for. When they finally brought the food out about 15 minutes later. They did not even bring out the drinks. Had to ask waited another 5 minutes just to be yelled at to move up further because they sd the cars need to move behind me. They were very rude. Then another 5 minutes later finally got the drinks and no straws. With employee saying I guess I didn’t want straws, I said that is fine. Then they very rudly said fine, fine no it’s definitely not fine. …..I have never had such rude people. Horrible would never go back to that location and would never tell anyone to go there. Needs to be closed. If I could give negative stars I would. Pic to prove

Really crappy experience bout 3:40pm today. Don’t know if it’s the staff at this time of day or what. First off one drive-thru Lane was closed so the line in the one lane seemed long however I was put on hold to place my order until they’was absolutely no cars in front of me. I proceeded to repeat my order to the window Clerk three times. Once I pulled off the order was still screwed up fries weren’t fresh I ordered a Baconator it came with absolutely no bacon. By this time I had pretty much reached my driveway while eating the rest of the food. Once I noticed the mistakes I tried to call to get some type of phone interactions noticing that I didn’t even have a receipt expensive as food is I immediately pulled back up. Once I got there and explained to the guy that took my order what happened he retrieved another employee from the back once asked what was wrong I explained the whole situation, positive as possible onsidering the price of food these days. He responded oh you didn’t have enough bacon I responded no I had absolutely no bacon and had the sandwich in my hand. They compensated me with a warm sandwich however it did not have the same bacon as a Baconator nor did it have the full size patties which I had already paid for. Customers beware always check your order before you pull off and always ask for your receipt even if it’s not offered times are too hard for these games.

A little rude at the speaker. Different person more professional at the windows. Still had to ask for a cup holder with multiple drinks. Long wait ordered through the app. Still had to pull up and sit for about 10min with no other cars in front of me . Stuffed all my food in 1 bag. 3 sandwichs 2 frys and a 4 peace nugget. The food was at least hot.

Needs shut down. How Google has gotten this many disgusting reviews and it’s obvious they don’t care by no replies, etc. I haven’t gotten a good meal here once, and that’s an understatement. I want my money back for the joke of service I received and if we would’ve ate the food you gave us, we would have gotten sick and I would be up there fighting y’all. Have some respect, how foul. I had to pick through my fries for any edible ones, and didn’t even get the right frosty You have the easiest job in America, c’mon now make a burger right. You give Akron the name it has by acting and being how you are. Shut this disgusting place down. Cannot believe the food let alone the service. Rude and ignorant.

Employees smoking pot in the parking lot getting mad they have to make an order. Mess up the order twice. Ordered a meal and got water. They gave me tap when it should have been a bottle. Fries were half full and clearly have been sitting for hours. Just close this location itwould be doing the community a favor

Worst Wendy’s ever. Slow service. I ordered a family chili, got to the windows and was told it would be $30. Told them I only ordered 1 family chili. After a long wait the man at the window said he couldn’t remove the other one from my order, that I would have to buy both. The whole time the manager was standing behind him joking and laughing with the crew. Don’t waste your time, go someplace else, anywhere else. If I could give them negative stars I would.
