We ate here with a party of 8. Seated right away. Had something for all. Ate around 12:30 on a Monday. Had breakfast and lunch options. Our server was so kind and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. A definite stop on our next trip down to Orlando!

My parents live just down the street from The Cocky Rooster Café & I can’t say enough great things about it. It’s become my go-to breakfast and lunch spot. Established in 2012, this cozy café is a neighborhood favorite known for its warm hospitality and chef-driven menu! The place has adorable rooster decor, plenty of seating booths, tables, wheelchair-accessible & a cozy bar area you can sit in while enjoying your meal or a drink. They’re connected to a bar next door, that opens later in the evenings, & even host fun events like karaoke, pool, motorcycle nights & bingo nights on weekends. The food is amazing and they have an awesome selection between breakfast and lunch dishes! The staff is always so friendly! If you’re in Deltona looking for a charming, friendly cafe with creative food, sweet staff, and a warm vibe, do yourself a favor and visit the cocky rooster you won’t regret it!

The menu had so many temptations that it took some time to make our choices.
The homemade Chili was delicious! Portions are generous and full of flavor. Save room for dessert!! The bakery cases are full of wonderful pastries. We really liked the fruit tarts and the pastelitos of guava and cheese.
Plenty of parking right out front. This is our new favorite restaurant.

Me and my kids went in a few days ago for the first time it took up about 30 to order cause everything looked so good we could not decide so We order a lot of food and everything was great, the shrimp and grits were the best I have ever had. We differently will be back.

Went on a Sunday morning hoping to eat with a party of 16. They were able to accommodate us and did a great job. They have a bar attached and sat us there, which was clean and decorated for Halloween which we enjoyed. The bathrooms were clean and had the best hand dryer I’ve ever used (dries your hands in literal seconds). The food was delicious and plentiful. I had the French toast combo (French toast, bacon, hash browns, and eggs) and all of it was delicious. Husband had the steak and eggs which he thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone devoured their food. Our server, Nina, very efficiently handled getting our drinks and food out in a timely and friendly manner. You could tell she’s a pro and we appreciated her great service.

This must be the worst breakfast I had in many years. Dry, reheated(microwave ?) home fries, dry crumbling bacon, smallest size fried eggs ever. English muffin wasn’t even toasted, just warmed(microwave again ?). French toast were two slices of cheapest white bread with syrop that was pure corn syrup with no flavour. I felt personally insulted by the whole experience. On other hand service was very nice but I can’t force myself to give two stars. Food was awful.

I Finally found a cafe/diner in Deltona. I was shocked to see you could get into the bar next door. I thought it was a great concept especially since they stay open late Thurs – Sat!! I mean two of my favorite things food and drink!!
I had the Pastelon omelette at first bite it was a party to all my taste buds! Best elephant ear I’ve had in ages. I bought home a piece of carrot cake for my husband and I to share.
I cannot wait to bring my friends and family here and try everything on the menu
