A group of middle schoolers could run this place more efficiently. They had a line out the door to then tell the entire restaurant they had no chicken with 20+ mobile orders ahead of everyone in the store. The entire store left. Simply just sad. The serving station is never clean as well. Workers don’t change gloves in between orders, I’ve seen one wipe their nose with the same gloves and then serve food.

This is the most inconsistent chipotle ever. Middle of the day they are out of half of the ingredients. The staff makes you feel like you are inconveniencing their day by coming in. Meats are too salty 80% of the time. Staff sighs as you walk in. 0/10 experience. But sometimes you go in it’s amazing and tastes great with the right employees on staff.

This is the best location from west charlotte to south end. Hands down, I will always take this drive no matter where I am on this side of town. The food at this location is always fresh tasting, service is fast and the staff is very nice. I tell all my friends that love chipotle to go specifically to this location. 10/10 I can’t make it up.

Food was really good and fresh, place was empty. But customer service was so bad I wasn’t even greeted. I even said hello, and got no response. There was nobody in line or even behind me and I was rushed to order. I could barely hear what the worker was saying, they were mumbling their words and speaking so fast. Terrible customer service, but great tasting food with decent portions.

This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Chipotle. I’ve been here multiple times, and my order is almost always wrong. I’ve also ordered through Uber Eats, but the wait is so long that drivers have canceled my order before it was even ready. Expect to wait at least 45 minutes for your food, whether you’re ordering in person or delivery. Very frustrating experience overall.

We live in Southend and love chipotle. Every single time we come (doesn’t seem to matter what time of day) they are consistently “out” of things. Out of protein. Out of lettuce. Out of cheese. You name they are out. It’s filthy inside. They are rude. They seem bothered that we are there. It’s gotten to the point we now drive to midtown to get chipotle which is way out of the way. Recently, we have this chipotle another shot and when we went they gave us half the normal serving of chicken because they were running out and I’m guessing didn’t want to make more. When we addressed it and asked for the regular serving size they told us we’d have to pay for double yet they hadn’t even given us a full scoop? We will not be coming here ever again and it’s so frustrating that they act so bothered and seem to be lazy. No one forced you work in that industry or at chipotle. If anyone asks me I will always tell them not to go there.

I have always been a fan of Chipotle, I love the taste, today as I was on my way back home, I found this particular Chipotle on my way, since I skipped breakfast this morning, I started to feel hungry, so I decided to make I stop at this place and eat inside. It wasn’t busy at all, maybe 2 or three people dining inside, people at the counter were nice, but the place was filthy, floor and tables, there wasn’t any table clean, the soda machine didn’t have ice and the soda was at room temperature, I don’t know if the soda station was broken ( they didn’t say it was) , the food was flavorless.
I don’t think I will be coming back to this particular chipotle.

I usually go to midtown for chipotle but was close to this location for work. First off it’s disappointing how filthy and Dirty this place is. Anything from the glass where the food is to the glass door where u enter filled w hand prints. Its not okay to have the glass where the food is dusty and dirty it doesn’t look good for the place. Also where the forks are located is dirty there is trash on floor as well. This place is full of employees but not one can help clean up. It has to do a lot w management. This chipotle needs a whole remodel from outside to inside. Employees are also rude you wont get a happy welcoming so beware!

Rarely would I leave a review for a big chain like chipotle but they killed it tonight. I ordered a burrito ahead and picked it up. It was busy when I went it but my burrito was done and waiting for me regardless.

If you’re considering going to this location, find another one. The service is awful and slow. Half the time you show up and they are locked with a sign that says online orders only. I went on Friday, and half my bag of chips was stuck together like a piece of leather. There was a piece of straw/grass in my bowl, and there was chunks of steak in my queso dip. Maybe just go to Cava across the street instead. Chipotle never fails to remind me why I should stop giving it another chance.
