Interesting location in five corners. Getting in is ok but parking if busy might be a challenge. Went inside for lunch and found a relatively clean place however several chairs were up on tables giving the place a closed look. Order entry was smooth but no military or senior discount. Cobb salad good but the $7 Biggie Bag Double burger with bacon was sadly dry. Chicken nuggets and fries were hot and good. With those exceptions it’s a nice place to stop.

This is by far the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been 2 even tho there were only 3 ladys working they were crushing it they all need raises & V she was awsum she was polite helpful & just all round great customer service I asked for a few extra crackers for my Chilli bc my baby always steals em & she hooked it up the frostys where filled fully great experience i will be back next trip to Jax

So I’m currently in the store and the young girl at the cashier just touched the floor to hand someone shoes over the counter btw then with her bare hands; switched out my nuggets I didn’t even want them anymore. Ewww I believe the manager was right behind her but she appeared to already be doing 3 ppl jobs. It’s really sad look at the line they need quality workers smh

We went through the drive through and there was one person ahead of us. After about 7 minutes of waiting (cars were lining up behind us so we couldn’t get out) they moved forward. Our car pulled forward and they didn’t answer the speaker. I used to work in fast food so I understand not being able to answer right away sometimes. However, after 4 minutes of waiting at the intercom I decided to try calling the store to see if there was something wrong with the speaker. No one answered. After after 3 minutes or so I got out of the car and told the people behind me not to waste their time because at this point I know us and the car directly behind us have been there for 20 minutes, Lord knows how long the car waited in front of us waited. We drove away only to see an employee standing at the drive through window!!!! And the kicker is they were doing absolutely nothing. Absolutely terrible. If you’re craving a Baconator, definitely skip this Wendy’s.

Came through the drive through around 1:08 pm today ordered over 50$ worth of food! Missing 2 burgers and 2 others made WRONG!!! Taking lunch to a family friend in the hospital. I called for 20 mins before an answer for the manager on duty to be super rude! I was NOT given a receipt but do have the bank charge on my phone! When I told the manager I had 2 burgers Missing SHE HUNG UP ON ME AND WOULDN’T ANSWER THE PHONE AGAIN!!! THIS IS BEYOND REDICULOUS!!! NEVER HAVE I HAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS HORRIBLE!!!!!!! OVER 50$ SPENT!!!!!!

This location is in a high traffic late night area but they’re constantly running out of food. Today is the Third time in a month I go for some cheese fries and they tell me they ran out of fries or cheese sauce. Ridiculous

DO NOT GO HERE! We highly regret not reading these reviews before going here because we figured it’s Wendys how bad could it be? We did a mobile order and waited over 30 minutes for our food. When we finally get our food the fries are soggy and cold. So we get back in line to get fresh fries when it literally says on the bag that if your fries are not hot and crispy that you can just tell them and you’ll get new fries. The bag also says that it ” This isn’t one of those complicated corporate guarantees with a lot of legal restrictions.” But when we pull up to the drive thru the worker rudely says we can not get new fries because “it’s been over 5 minutes.” That makes no sense what-so-ever because the bag clearly says it should be a hassle free process and we did not even touch the fries you can visibly see how slumped over and soggy they look. We will be contacting corporate because this is not right. Terrible staff.
