Not only was the food freezing and stale, the ice machine, soda machine and ice cream machine were all “out of order”. Along with that I ordered a sweet tea for them to not supply with it and refuse a refund. Horrible dining experience, staff didn’t care about the running soda machine. I chose the delivered to the table option on the kiosk, but the staff was too lazy to deliver it to me and had to call up my table number. Absolute blasphemous gross ran atmosphere. Not to mention the filthy bathrooms and uncleaned table and floors.

The food is like any other McDonald’s food, pretty good for the time. However, last night on Christmas when I tried to get a free french fry from my rewards from the drive thru, the system took my deal, but didn’t put in the order. I didn’t want to argue about the system so I just left. I feel stupid, knowing the McDonald’s was closed inside. McDonald’s, please fix your drive thru rewards system, if you can.

Normally we avoid McDonald’s, however, it was a quick stop while we were out and about and I’m not disappointed. This location is remodeled very nicely and my 8 year old said “it’s like we’re visiting the future. And we didn’t even need to talk to anyone.” Obviously the food is the same, but the quality of the restaurant made the stop enjoyable!

The manager on shift at 4:30pm on 1/31/26 seems to always run the store horribly. Orders are often missing stuff when he’s there and he’s very unapologetic when they mess up. Otherwise it runs smoothy with other managers on duty.

Edited to add: (7/3)The ladies that work here have such bad attitudes for running a sloppy business. Pieces of beef in my chicken sandwich box? How? Why? Giving ME attitude because someone at the window couldn’t communicate effectively when I asked for Buffalo and ranch sauce. Yikes. The bbq sauce that the condescending employee chose to give me attitude over wasn’t even in the bag. If you’re gonna park someone for 10 minutes at least make sure the order is right and isn’t slopped together then handed over with attitude. If you don’t like your job there’s more out there but don’t take it out on customers. It’s a bad look.
Had an online order for this location when I arrived and waited for 10+ minutes before I was even acknowledged by a employee they did not have my order prepared in fact I had to completely reorder at the restaurant. I get home and find some kind of mystery meat, chewy, soggy patty with grilled onions on what was supposed to be a sausage egg and cheese mc griddle. Really disgusting, spend your money somewhere else I mean it IS Mc Donald’s but they could at least make the food right.

i didn’t get my food and they want me to drive all the way back in order to help me. “one of” the managers is less than helpful. just rude. if you can’t help, get someone who can. first time this has happened. it’s so disappointing and i’m still hungry

This McDonald’s always takes good care of me food fresh most times the kid ajiah or however you pronounce his name in the lobby had great customer service also the guy who had his nail painted black muscular built in the window is always doing a great job taking care of my orders I stay going here!
