This is a bit and miss thing. Sometimes they do it perfect. Other times I can’t order a plain chicken sandwich without getting a breakfast burrito at lunch instead.. Staff really can make a difference

Allow yourself plenty of time if you stop here. Ordering is quick, but then you’re asked to pull into a parking spot and wait. Despite the time it takes to prepare your order, you should not expect it to be accurate or to include all the items you ordered. This location has a consistent history of incorrect orders.

I like the option to use the mobile app at the drive-thru windows. There are a lot of decent rewards and deals to use in the app, but I dislike that it doesn’t allow a reward and a deal to be used together in a single transaction. I notice that it makes it hard to use points because the deal is usually better. I always make sure to have everything ready before pulling up to the speaker box to place my order. As of late, I have been parking in the “mobile order” stall and placing my order through the McDonald’s app. It’s convenient to order, use rewards, and pay, all from my car, and it’s typically quicker than the drive-thru.

I stopped in to get food while in hometown. While I was there the cashier at the front counter you could tell was high on something. I overheard the manager talking about sending her home and how she was supposed to be in recovery. I really hate to see someone dealing with that especially after losing my mother to addiction. It’s sad that this is a occurrence in a town where I grew up.

first of all, I made a suggestion to correct their hours. Online it says they’re open till midnight. I’m not from around here, and a lot of people told me don’t trust the times. So I called at 10:37 PM and verified if they were going to be open, they told me at that time they were closing at 11 o’clock. This is a Saturday night, so this is not what their post at our site. So I asked, is the ice cream machine working? To which they stated yes, of course it is. We arrived at the restaurant in less than 10 minutes, and when we went to order, they informed us that the ice cream machine has already been broken down. They’re not even close yet. I’m not sure why it’s such a big deal to keep the ice cream machine working until you’re closed. Either way we ordered some additional items, which were OK, but it’s just always disappointing to never be able to get what you want. Do better McDonald’s.

Ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich, picture showed lettuce and tomatoes. What I received is a chicken sandwich on a bun with mayo and a spicy sauce and nothing else.. Sandwich had so much mayo and sauce that it soaked thru the bun and was covering the box. Tried to make the most of it by wiping some of the sauce off. Took one bite and the chicken tastes like rubber. Tossed the whole meal out. Tired of paying increased prices for food that is old, cold not prepared properly or just plain the wrong order.
