I don’t usually review fast food but this crew deserves a shoutout. The staff were friendly and efficient. We got a chicken sandwich and hot honey biscuits. Both were really good. The biscuits were so good we went to other locations to get more.

I have lived here for more than 40 years. I recently bought Chicken from this location for along time, the bad part is that I didn’t know there was a limit on the deposible platés and fork per package. Never had I had bad service before. So I bought a 16 piece package with 3 large sides. So I ask for plates for 10 people. The old lady got mad like if there were hers. So she said This package just gives out 6 plates and 6 forks. I really don’t get it. Because supposedly I got the 16 pieces of chicken. But this review I gave 3 star service to any loyal customer. But I really don’t care as long they keep serving good chicken.

The food is delicious! However there is limited seating inside. There’s an outside area where you can sit. They have a lot of clientele so you might have to wait to place an order but the attention is great.

I came to this churches chicken here in Nogales and they have the worst management at this location they get your order wrong and make the chicken raw and when telling the manager he got mad and denied fixing my order that they mess up on this location sucks and always messes up on orders

Since I was a kid my grandfather would bring us after church. Church’s fried chicken. I’m talking 19 84. Now it’s almost 40 years and that business is still booming. I love the name changes but the store is the same the staff is great

We were waiting to order by the window outside for 5 minutes. The window was halfway open so they know we are there.
3 customers show up go inside and they take their order before even saying anything to us. Then one guy says we will be with you shortly and another customer goes inside. The same guy takes his order first… so we just get into our car and as we are about to drive away the employee looks at us. Makes this face like stunned we are leaving and starts to laugh.
We like to wait outside window. It’s nice outside the breeze and a little sun is good. We have been ordering at the outside window for years. Yea no more.

I love Church’s. But I don’t like dry fried chicken. This happens when it sits out under the heat lamp for a while. That said, I asked for fresh chicken. I was told it was fresh. It wasn’t. I ate it despite my request. As I expected, it was warm but dry. The mashed potatoes were delicious, as was the coleslaw. The people were very nice and friendly too. Sorry, Church’s. You could do better.

The food was good, but the exterior could use a lot of attention. Walls need some patching and painting. Counter top veneer is coming off and sections missing. Ceiling tiles are warped and dirty.
