My biggest Issue with this sonic is the ice cream. I’ve gotten ice cream the past three weekends in a row, and they never fill the cup all the way to the top. If I’m paying for it, I want it to be full. Otherwise, I have no problem with this restaurant, or the Service.

Why is this considered a medium? This is at best a mini size. I paid $3 for this. It’s even worse when it’s a large. It happens every single time. This isn’t the first. There’s been two times where it’s been an actual decent amount.

Went in with 20 dollar bill and left with 6 dollars even. I paid 13 dollars and 40 cents for my food and only realized once I looked at the receipt when I got home. I would understand if it was one cent I would assume it was just miscounted but you don’t miss 60 cents. I am severely disappointed by this alone. Thats not my only complaint though. My fries were cold by the time they got out and same with the burger. I hope they shut down so people don’t get scammed like I did.

Ordered from app and checked in. Young man that delivered order was confused with order. Beef tasted very strange but everything else on burger was fresh, onion rings were perfect. My only question is how do you have pepper packets in order but not in stock?

Annnnd we’re back to a 1 star… I think I’m done with this location. Been several times and if my wife or I get one of the shakes or blasts they only put a sprinkle of anything in it. I’ve even paid for EXTRA hoping to get a regular amount. No, you get an eighth of a freaking Oreo and a cup of vanilla ice cream.
This most recent trip was the one that made me decide I’m done. I got the new pulled pork cheeseburger. They seriously put the burned up bits off the bottom of the pan on the sandwich. Again just a sprinkle. Look, if this sandwich cost $3 dollars I’d excuse it. But $7! Talk about shrinkflation. So yeah, that’s enough of my time and money wasted here.

Decided to change my previous rating from a 1 to a 3…
I’ve been back a few times since my poor review.
They have been improving. Haven’t messed up any orders the last few times I’ve been there. They even fixed/are fixing their parking lot! (used to be full of pot-holes).
So, getting much better!

Ask if fries were fresh and lady I’ll drop a batch. So I ordered 2 large. Got home and not only were they not fresh but not even warm. Looked and tasted like the day before’s fries. Needless to say I’ll never go back there again.

Just about 15 minutes ago… First off after 23 minutes and for $26 and a $4 tip I got 2 “super sonic double bacon double patty” burgers, 2 mozzerella stick orders and a large tot order… I have added pics of one of the burgers… Saddest burgers ever!! For a ridiculous price and wait!!! I was told they only had one cook and that’s fine… Can deal with the wait and price too but for THAT?!?! Come on guys I know you can do better than that!!! If it wasn’t storming so bad out I’d be right back there to get my money back!!! What a shame…

I have had more bad experiences than good at this Sonic as well as others. This one happened to be good with fresh hot food, prompt friendly service and a quick order to completion time. Food is good but unhealthy. Their prices are good only when something is on sale.
Update: I’ve been 3 or more times since this initial post and each experience has been good. The prices are still more than what fast casual dining costs should be.

Small premium chicken bites are on the $1.99 menu but rings up as $3.99. Told them the large Chilli cheese tots almost look like a small Chilli Cheese Tots not much more and when I told the server she said it is a large and then proceeded to say hold a minute so sat there 30 minutes expecting her to come back but she never did. Needless to say she never came back so left and food went cold waiting expecting her to come back and say something instead of never coming back. Always hits the button to look like they serve faster then they do. Always takes at least 30 minutes to get food after ordering.

Pulled in at 6:57 AM.. online hours say they open at 7am. No one was there. Finally a car pulls up at 7am.. I give them a few minutes before proceeding to the drive thru. Sat in the drive thru for 8 mins and no response. Very disappointed as I drove out of my way to come to this Sonic location. Hours should be updated or someone needs to do their job.
