I came to this Red Lobster location to celebrate my birthday and had a lovely experience. Our server Hannah Miller was efficient, kind and patient while everyone decided what they wanted to eat. The service was quick for a table of 5, the food delicious and the holiday drink hit the spot. Everyone was incredibly friendly and it was 10/10 a positive dining experience. We all left with full bellies and smiles on our faces. Thank you New Phila Red Lobster! (And Hannah!)

We drive down from the Akron area every six months to get my wedding rings cleaned, and always stop by because this location is leaps and bounds better than the ones by us.
Today was no exception. We had Hannah Jo for our waitress and she was absolutely phenomenal. Her section was busy, and she still provided phenomenal service – visiting our table frequently and getting us whatever we needed quickly. My dining experience at Red Lobster was made truly outstanding thanks to our server, Tina. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcomed. Her attentiveness was impeccable—she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and ensured our drinks were always full.
Tina was knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and accommodating special requests without hesitation. Our food arrived promptly and was perfectly prepared, and she checked in just the right amount to make sure we were enjoying everything without being intrusive.
What stood out the most was her genuine kindness and enthusiasm. It’s rare to find a server who goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued, but Tina did exactly that. She turned a simple meal into a wonderful experience.
